In Cary Madrigal's court case to withhold records from the public, she used an attorney named Todd Terry who changed court venues from Judge David Paulson to the "go to judge" Gasiorkiewicz.

Judge Gasiorkiewicz allowed "Subject of Records Request" as petitioner to be used in court filings  instead of petitioner Cary Madrigal, effectively concealing Cary's name the from the public.

Kristin Cafferty failed to hold a licensed attorney (Thomas Camilli) accountable for frivolous pleadings. Thomas Camilli also filed a false affidavit. Cafferty allowed non enforcement of a payment of $50,000.00 agreed to in arbitration.

Cafferty failed to provide equal consideration to a pro se defendant.

   Cafferty is corrupt, bias, derelict, inept in her rulings and administration as a judge.

Corrupt, derelict, incompetent, inept & an infidel to the U.S. Constitution violating the 5th & 14th amendments. Repischak violated Article 1, Section 7 of the Wisconsin Constitution. Tried to trick defendant into non-compliance to a court order.

REPISCHAK wrongly ruled on competency. 

 Repischak knowingly and willingly engaged ex parte pleadings with AAG's David Maas, Rebecca Somers & Lucas Bennewitz.

Repischak also oversaw the criminal forging of court documents & mail fraud.  From out of the box, Repischak worked with the State with the wrong address on the summons to Repischak not showing up for scheduled court, it's all in the court record.

If you want a no-show judge, Wynne is your no-show judge.

Appears so.

The Racine County D.A. Patricia Hanson refused to charge Sheriff deputy Emil Ortiz with felony misconduct of abuse of the Flock camera systems.

It is alleged the deputy abused the Flock system for personnel use.

Apparently the "county" doesn't want any bad press before the elections that will expose the Sheriff's office as derelict for mishandling disciplinary proceedings against their officers.

According to Deputy Geary, all open records concerning any sheriff candidates working for the County must now be processed thru Racine County Corporation Counsel.

Not only has this slowed down the response time, it has given Corporation Counsel the responsibility & liability of addressing open records request under Wisconsin Statutes ^§§ 19.31-.39 for these candidates. 

Corporation Counsel Michael Lanzdorf sent a memo out on 6-8-2026 to all Racine County employees and contractors titled "Guidance on Political Campaigns" which stated County employees can support & participate with candidates on their own free time, it further went on to be aware of the do's & don'ts when at work.

Sheriff candidate Donald Vandervest freely revealed his records to the public.

Henry Perez openly shared his records.

Captain Cary Madrigal openly shared her records AFTER trying in court to prevent her records from being published. This case was in front of Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz.

Where are these cases?

 WCCA's on line Racine Circus Court scrubs entire court cases from the record when they are embarrassing to the Bozo's in the court system. 

Racine County Circus Court case # 11FO57 has been scrubbed for years from online records. For over two years the case was actively litigated in the court system.  The Pro se defendant filed many motions, exposing a false affidavit filed by the D.A.  Records tampering by the head of the county  911 call system, a State charge that didn't exist, and a prejudicial Judge that protected & favored the corrupt.  A  scheduled trial that didn't happen and was cancelled at day of trial.  The case was later dismissed with prejudice by a different judge & D.A.  I don't make this shit up.

Racine Case # 19CV1357 is another example where the Circus Court system removed from WCCA  online records another highly embarrassing case that was litigated by a Pro se litigant.

The second Bozo attorney is A.G.A Lucas Bennewitz.

Shyster Lucas Bennewitz conducted ex parte conversations with Judge Repischak, failed to notify me of adjournment of the hearing dated 8-16-2024 , wrongly filed a motion denying me a voice in court in contravention of our Wisconsin State Constitution.  Article 1 section 7 asserts: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be heard by himself AND counsel.
