Sheriff Department to corral homeless into jail
In the infinite wisdom by the Racine County Sheriff Department, is Captain Cary Madrigal cleaning up the City of Racine downtown by incarcerating the homeless into the Racine County jail ?
Has Mayor McCheese signed into this program ?
Coryuption is a known deviant and it wouldn't surprise me that he has blessed this action & has his dirty hands in this project.
Clearing the City streets is a City responsibility, not to be handled by the County Sheriff's office.
Mayor McCheese loves to spend other people's money without scrutiny.
The Machinery Row $700,000.00 DNR Knowles-Nelson grant to build the promenade, kayak launches & river walkway was squandered on to keep the public from the river. The Knowles-Nelson grant was to enhance public access to the Root river. Exactly the opposite happened.

Cary Madrigal again displays her lack of knowledge, inexperience for all to see and expects the taxpayer to absorb the cost.
There are already resources for the homeless to use.
Madrigal's look here, not there is to pick on the weak & vulnerable, the mentally challenged & leave the predators & criminals to terrorize the masses.
(CDJW) Chief Deputy James Weidner has apparently signed off on this project & wants Investigator Underly as the point person.
This seems odd that an investigator is being used for rounding up the homeless.
Shouldn't Underly be investigating crimes ?
