The first 4 attorney's are incompetent, inept & derelict. The next two are IMHO just nasty assed bitches.
(Now) Judge David William Maas engaged in unethical exparte conversations with an unethical & unconstitutional Judge Robert Repischak. Court records confirm David Maas engaged in exparte conversations & as an incompetent, inept & derelict attorney. Maas & another Kaul lackey named Robert Kaiser didn't survive long in a court that was heavily scrutinized.
IMHO Robert Kaiser should not even have a
law license.

Since Lucas Bennewitz has been removed from my case, he has been doing Josh Kaul's dirty work. Bennie boy abused the power of the A.G's office by sending threating certified letters to individuals alleging campaign violations without documentation & then issuing deadlines.

Repischak is another POS Racine judge that is repugnant to the Wisconsin Constitution. Repischak knowingly & willingly violated Section 1, Article 7 of the Wisconsin Constitution on 3-01-2024. In order to protect my attorneys from this derelict judge, I fired my good attorneys to protect them from lawfare & attack by this inept judge.
Repischak failed to show up for a scheduled court hearing, failed to notify defendant of a cancelation of a court hearing on 8-16-2024 but had notified prosecution of the cancellation. Its all in the corrupt court record.
If goth is her style, this bitch fits the mold.

Josh Kaul picked a bitch of a loser with this lying attorney, first she tells the court:
"Mayor Mason is present and wishes to be heard" then later states to the court " he is on his way"
Which is it, was Mason present or was he on his way ?
Then Neville goes on a rant spewing vitriol with more lies for almost 22 minutes.
Attorney Neville is a lap dog for Josh Kaul & a disgrace to the U.S. Army.
When it comes to lawfare & malicious prosecution, Josh wins hands down.

Josh hired unscrupulous attorneys to prosecute me, but found out I am not an easy target. Now it's my turn to have some fun exposing these incompetent, inept, derelict and repugnant officials within our court system. In as a few months, Tony will be gone, maybe even prosecuted for using Warren Spahn as an email to circumvent scrutiny.
