A Culture of Corruption?

Not so fast, although Racine County Sheriff Office does deserve a deep dive into their practices.

Racine County Sheriff  Chris Schmaling did refer 5 WEC Commissioners for criminal charges in 2021 for WEC's involvement in the 2020 National elections by WEC preventing special voting deputies from entering nursing homes around the state. The sheriff's office conducted a lengthy and thorough investigation of fraud conducted in the nursing homes around the state, including videotaping victims of the WEC scam.

Wisconsin State Attorney General Josh Kaul failed to act on the Racine County Sherriff's criminal complaint.

While the Sheriff's office did a great job exposing the corrupt WEC. 

The Racine Sheriff's office also did a great job covering criminal misconduct in the Racine County Court System. 

Racine County Circuit Court Judge Robert Repischak allowed his court staff to commit felonies with impunity.

A complaint was filed into the sheriff office # (24-38339) concerning criminal misconduct of court officials that was whitewashed & not acted upon. The complaint even contained an affidavit. 

Sheriff Schmaling's team failed to act upon the criminal allegations, evidence and logic that was forwarded to his office concerning criminal misconduct in Racine's Circuit Court. 

Chris Schmaling, James Spranger & Eric Schneider are involved in the court coverup as well as D.A. Patricia Hanson, even Racine Corporate Council was notified of the court's criminal acts & they also failed to act.

Whether it's the Courts, City, County or Sheriff's office, fraud is not far away, usually hiding in plain site.

Racine County is a cesspool of corruption, yet filled with so many hard working honest individuals.

The Sheriff's office has its fill of corrupt officials.

We will be writing about them soon. 

Racine's courts are filled with disingenuous judges, clerks and a shyster attorney named Thomas Camilli from Kenosha who filed frivolous pleadings and a false affidavit with impunity.

The case # 20PR15 was filed by attorney Thomas Camilli, the false affidavit was contested by a Pro se litigant & ignored.

David Maas to file ex parte pleadings before the court, then deny the defendant the right of self representation, colluding with inept AAG Lucas Bennewitz to deny a filed affidavit,  then failing to notify the defendant that court was canceled but informed prosecution. 

What another inept corrupt piece of shit!

Gagthebitch cost the City of Racine taxpayers over $200,000.00 dollars by creating an illegal secret court in an attempt to protect the "good ole boys" Letteney and Mason in the case of Sandy Weidner vs City of Racine   #17CV1644

A paper warrior is a person or thing that inflicts a thousand cuts.

Inflicting a thousand cuts on corrupt government officials is sometimes all we have to exercise for legal options.  To embarrass, mock, humiliate, degrade & expose corrupt government officials is priceless.

Truth is the equalizer.

The very thought of exposing these vermin is poetic justice.  ie.  The current Attorney General of Wisconsin (Josh Kaul) is truly a Piece of Shit. 

Josh Kaul has supervised  3 out of 4 attorneys engaging in unethical ex parte conversations in just one case!  Judge Repischak in Racine County case # 22CF1223 has included illegal filings by one who is now Waukesha County Judge, David Maas.  Those 3 shyster attorney's engaged in unethical ex parte conversations are David Maas, Lucas Bennewitz & Rebecca Somers.  It's all in the court record.

Attorney Thomas Camilli files a false affidavit with impunity in Racine County Court with Judges Faye Flancher & Kristen Cafferty presiding in the case.

Camilli, Cafferty & Flancher enabled & embolden stolen valor in Racine County Court.

Repischak's legacy as a Racine County Judge is truly a shit show. 

A false filing was filed into the court record concerning David Mass's illegal filings, he did so with impunity.  An affidavit was filed into the court record illuminating the derelict, negligent Maas's filings.  Repischak knowingly and willingly conducted ex parte conversations with licensed attorney's to my detriment.

 

What are these crooks doing to the other litigants ?

Dennis Hamm was called for appearance.

Hamm was indeed the last man standing before the court 
on July 20th, 2020.

AND IT GETS WORSE!

Contrary to Wisconsin Statutes, and without any requests or motions for additional time filed by the D.A's office,  the court demonstrated its prejudice and bias against Hamm by granting the D.A's office additional time to respond to Defendant's 
MOTION TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE  
32 days after the motion was filed.

And it still gets worse yet !

During the hearing, Judge Repischak ordered Defendant Hamm to speak only when spoken to, denying Hamm's ability to object to any court proceedings unless spoken to.

WHY ?

We suspect that Hamm's Pro se

 MOTION TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE

was so fact based and so scathing that the judge was horrified as the motion illuminated the neglect and negligence of both the court and the D.A's office.
