 When in court on 3-1-2024, Judge Repischak wrongly denied me due process, only a POS judge would do that.

When it comes to corrupt courts, Racine County Circus Court has filled its quota on corrupt, negligent judges. I have first hand knowledge, so I will share some corrupt judges.

Cafferty & Flancher oversaw shyster Camilli file a false affidavit with impunity, even tho it was contested. 

The Racine County Circus Court also has it's share of shyster attorneys, two attorneys come to mind.

Thomas Camilli filed a false affidavit in Racine County Court Case  # 20PR15 on 6-29-2021, court document # 37, claim # 5. Camilli filed a false affidavit in front of Judge Kristen Cafferty &  engaged in stolen valor, only an idiot of an attorney would commit crimes in court of such flagrant acts. 

The second Bozo attorney is A.G.A Lucas Bennewitz.

Shyster Lucas Bennewitz conducted ex parte conversations with Judge Repischak, failed to notify me of adjournment of the hearing dated 8-16-2024 , wrongly filed a motion denying me a voice in court in contravention of our Wisconsin State Constitution.  Article 1 section 7 asserts: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be heard by himself AND counsel.

Inflicting a thousand cuts on corrupt government officials is sometimes all we have to exercise for legal options.  To embarrass, mock, humiliate, degrade & expose corrupt government officials is priceless.

Truth is the equalizer.

The very thought of exposing these vermin is poetic justice.  ie.  The current Attorney General of Wisconsin (Josh Kaul) is truly a Piece of Shit. 

Josh Kaul has supervised  3 out of 4 attorneys engaging in unethical ex parte conversations in just one case!  Judge Repischak in Racine County case # 22CF1223 has included illegal filings by one who is now Waukesha County Judge, David Maas.  Those 3 shyster attorney's engaged in unethical ex parte conversations are David Maas, Lucas Bennewitz & Rebecca Somers.  It's all in the court record.

Repischak's legacy as a Racine County Judge is truly a shit show. 

A false filing was filed into the court record concerning David Mass's illegal filings, he did so with impunity.  An affidavit was filed into the court record illuminating the derelict, negligent Maas's filings.  Repischak knowingly and willingly conducted ex parte conversations with licensed attorney's to my detriment.

 

What are these crooks doing to the other litigants ?

Judge Repischak is such a piece of shit.

I have watched Repischak over the years denying defendants their rights, even with attorneys..

It is a culture of corruption in the Racine County Circus Court.. 

Even when you know the system is corrupt, the players continuously find new ways to cheat for a win.

 Case in point: 

On 2-20-2024, the court filed into the court record my affidavit to hold government officials accountable.

An affidavit is evidence, is it not?

On 3-1-2024, I was ambushed in court by Repischak & the State, specifically A.G.A. Lucas Bennewitz.  There was no hearing or discussion concerning the objection filed by the State on the same date, none, zip, nil, zapata, nor did the court timely notify me of Bennewitz filings.

And on that same date 3-1-2024,  Repischak ruled to reject my Pro se affidavit and further prohibited me from filing Pro se documents, all without discussions. 

Say what?

Repischak is a pompous ass,  an arrogant piece of shit judge.

After some consideration, in July I fired my legal representation and notified the court.   This is another classical corrupt move by the courts, the court directly contacted my fired attorneys. Mind you they no longer are employed by me & have no authority in court to act on my behalf.  I was now truly Pro se,  Repischak's worst nightmare.

 In July of 2024, Repischak demanded a hearing with me on 8-1-2024, no alternative times or dates were extended, but extended at least 3 court times to my fired attorneys, again not fair. Remember its all in the court record. As a Pro se litigant, I am entitled to the same considerations as attorneys, but not with Repischak,  he think's he's special.  

The court then commits crimes by forging court document # 1 and further commits mail fraud by sending the forged document in the mail.  It's all in the court record.

Even the Racine Sherriff's office is in on the corruption.

A  criminal complaint was filed into the Sherriff's office.

Schmaling, Spranger & Schneider all have knowledge of the court forging and are good with the crimes.

Back to Repischak, in emails to the court I notified the court I would attend the scheduled hearing on 8-16-2024 which had been in the court scheduling since March 1st of 2024.

Somewhere around the dates of 8-1-2024 to 8-16-2024 the court held unethical ex parte conversations with Rebecca Somers & Lucas Bennewitz, cancelled the scheduled court hearing on 8-16-2024 without notifying me.  I show up for court on 8-16-2024, the court is not in session and get I arrested.  There is no cancelation of the court hearing in the court record.

Lucas Bennewitz & Rebecca Somers made huge ethical errors by conducting ex parte conversations with the corrupt court, as a pro se litigant, they both had the duty to make sure I was aware of the changed court schedule.  

THEY FAILED 

Lucas is negligent & derelict of his duties as an Assistant Attorney General.  Bennewitz even ordered transcripts to prove me wrong. 

He again failed, is he a shyster?  Appears so.

AND what about District Attorney Patricia Hanson ?  She is aware of the fraud too, yet does nothing.
