Racine County has more than its share of corrupt officials.

Corruption has infected our Judiciary, leading the way is Eugene Gasiorkiewicz, AKA Gagthebitch, "City of Racine go to" & the          ad-nauseum judge. He has earned his nicknames & reputation.

Gagthebitch created a secret court that trapped public servant Sandy Weidner and cost the City of Racine taxpayers over $250,000.00 dollars. Scott Letteney, Michael Cohen & Cory (Coryuption) Mason was in on the court case.  Was the scam blown?

The secret court was so egregious that Hot Government was created.

Racine Circuit Court case # 20PR15

Kristin Cafferty failed to hold a licensed attorney (Thomas Camilli) accountable for frivolous pleadings. Thomas Camilli also filed a false affidavit. Cafferty allowed non enforcement of a payment of $50,000.00 agreed to in arbitration.

Cafferty failed to provide equal consideration to a pro se defendant.

   Cafferty is corrupt, bias, derelict, inept in her rulings and administration as a judge.

FAYE FLANCHER

                       Racine County Circuit Court case # 20PR15 

Faye Flancher had the audacity to state into court record.

"Honestly, at this point it doesn't matter if he did or not"

 Court transcripts “pages 4 through 6 actually are facts that the plaintiff lied in his affidavit about his military servce.

“ It doesn’t matter if he did or did not" 

   Judge Faye Flancher declared veracity doesn't matter in her court                             and reaffirmed crooked judge Cafferty.

Racine County Circuit Court case # 22CF1223

Corrupt, derelict, incompetent, inept & an infidel to the U.S. Constitution violating the 5th & 14th amendments. Repischak violated Article 1, Section 7 of the Wisconsin Constitution. Tried to trick defendant into non-compliance to a court order.

REPISCHAK wrongly ruled on competency. 

 Repischak knowingly and willingly engaged ex parte pleadings with AAG's David Maas, Rebecca Somers & Lucas Bennewitz.

Repischak also oversaw the criminal forging of court documents & mail fraud.  From out of the box, Repischak worked with the State with the wrong address on the summons to Repischak not showing up for scheduled court, it's all in the court record. 

WYNNE LAUFENBERG

If you want a no-show judge, Wynne is your no-show judge.

And she will notify you "off the record".

Wynne is the chief Judge of the Second Judicial District.

Was Wynne too busy to show up for a hearing ?

Wynne left an AAG & a defendant at her locked courtroom door without an excuse or reason given.  Just didn't show up for her scheduled hearing.

I wonder if she instead had a quickie with Preston Kite?

We will start with Gasiorkiewicz, the known "go to" judge for the City of Racine. Gagthebitch was responsible & involved in the highly illegal secret court of

Corrupt Robert Repischak

 When in court on 3-1-2024, Judge Repischak wrongly denied me due process, only a POS judge would do that.

When it comes to corrupt courts, Racine County Circus Court has filled its quota on corrupt, negligent judges. I have first hand knowledge, so I will share some corrupt judges.

Cafferty & Flancher oversaw shyster Camilli file a false affidavit with impunity, even tho it was contested. 

The Racine County Circus Court also has it's share of shyster attorneys, two attorneys come to mind.

Thomas Camilli filed a false affidavit in Racine County Court Case  # 20PR15 on 6-29-2021, court document # 37, claim # 5. Camilli filed a false affidavit in front of Judge Kristen Cafferty &  engaged in stolen valor, only an idiot of an attorney would commit crimes in court of such flagrant acts. 

The second Bozo attorney is A.G.A Lucas Bennewitz.

Shyster Lucas Bennewitz conducted ex parte conversations with Judge Repischak, failed to notify me of adjournment of the hearing dated 8-16-2024 , wrongly filed a motion denying me a voice in court in contravention of our Wisconsin State Constitution.  Article 1 section 7 asserts: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be heard by himself AND counsel.

Judge Mark McGinnis

Corrupt Judges in Wisconsin run wild & without accountability for their conduct of unlawful & criminal acts.

I know for fact corruption is common place in counties like Racine, Dane, & St. Croix where I have conducted research & exposed these criminals. Bar members fair no better.

An Outagamie County Judge, Mark McGinnis abused his power & committed a crime by ordering the arrest of Tyler Barth in December of 2021 over a private money dispute, but Barth had not been arrested or charged with a crime.

The prosecutor,  LaCrosse District Attorney Tim Gruenke, another worthless POS, elected to hold Judge McGinnis to a different standard that you or I would be held to.

In lieu of charging McGinnis with a crime, Gruenke acknowledged a "mistake" was made & allowed McGinnis to retire in February of 2026 with benefits.

I remind our readers that in Racine County had 1 honest vetted judge (Fredrickson) that was targeted by Democrats & unelected in 2025.

Boyle, Paulson, Craig & McClendon still remain unvetted.
