Kristin Cafferty failed to hold a licensed attorney (Thomas Camilli) accountable for frivolous pleadings. Thomas Camilli also filed a false affidavit. Cafferty allowed non enforcement of a payment of $50,000.00 agreed to in arbitration.

Cafferty failed to provide equal consideration to a pro se defendant.

   Cafferty is corrupt, bias, derelict, inept in her rulings and administration as a judge.

Racine County Circuit Court case # 22CF1223

Corrupt, derelict, incompetent, inept & an infidel to the U.S. Constitution violating the 5th & 14th amendments. Repischak violated Article 1, Section 7 of the Wisconsin Constitution. Tried to trick defendant into non-compliance to a court order.

REPISCHAK wrongly ruled on competency. 

 Repischak knowingly and willingly engaged ex parte pleadings with AAG's David Maas, Rebecca Somers & Lucas Bennewitz.

Repischak also oversaw the criminal forging of court documents & mail fraud.  From out of the box, Repischak worked with the State with the wrong address on the summons to Repischak not showing up for scheduled court, it's all in the court record.

Wynne is the chief Judge of the Second Judicial District.

SHYSTER attorney Thomas Camilli filed a false affidavit into the court record in Racine County case # 20PR15.  (court document 37).

A contesting affidavit was filed into the court record (court document # 68)

Attorney Camilli's cavalier attitude towards veracity in the tribunal is disgusting. 

Veracity is a cornerstone of law.

Camilli failed to perform due diligence before filing his complaint, failed to make reasonable investigations to ascertain his claims,  he also falsely alleged 21 misconduct complaints against defendant that had no merit. (nill, nada, zip, zapata)

Judge Kristen Cafferty shoots from the hip when you are Pro Se.  A well written MOTION FOR SANCTIONS was rejected, forcing the defendant to write & file another MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION listing Cafferty's errors in rejecting the Motion.  The reconsideration motion prevailed the second time around when Cafferty was called out for her errant ways.

   

Judge Kristen Cafferty did not act when a contesting affidavit was filed by defendants.

Judge Cafferty is lazy, inept & corrupt.

When we filed a contested affidavit, Cafferty could have conducted a hearing to determine the real evidence, instead Cafferty choose to allow attorney Camilli to file a false affidavit with impunity.

Cafferty also called me "dangerous" in a court hearing, not because I own f-16's, RPG's and bazooka's, which I don't.

But she is right I am "dangerous" because I hold people accountable, no matter who they are.

Cafferty is a derelict, corrupt judge who failed to hold a shyster attorney accountable for his lapses of judgment, failure to conduct reasonable investigations and failure to maintain candor towards the tribunal.

Maria Lazar in the Court of Appeals had the opportunity to get the case right, she not only screwed up her ruling, Maria Lazar opened Pandora's box on herself by violating the U.S. Constitution, SCR 60.04(1)(b) & her oath of office.

Maria Lazar knowingly, willingly, deliberately denied Due Process to a litigant.

Maria Lazar is repugnant to the U.S. Constitution.

On November 14^th, 2023 Maria Lazar along with Court of Appeal judges Gregory Gill & Mark Gundrum conspired to knowingly, willingly & deliberately violate a litigant’s Constitutional rights, specifically Due Process. How ironic they pick the 14^th of November to knowingly violate the 14^th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Lazar, Gill & Gundrum as Court of Appeals judges ruled in favor of two corrupt Racine County Judges (Cafferty & Flancher) & a shyster attorney named Thomas Camilli of Kenosha who filed a false affidavit & promoted stolen valor. But by fining the litigant $50.00 in the Appeals court they really screwed up. In doing so they also subjected themselves (Lazar, Gill & Gundrum) to Title 18 U.S.C. section 242, which is criminal.    A federal prosecutor would have to move that claim forward…BUT, they have also opened themselves up to civil claim under a 1983 action, and that is something that can be done by the public.   Pompous justices like Lazar, Gundrum & Gill erodes the rule of law & undermines public trust.

Lazar, Gill & Gundrum in their ruling of November 14th, 2023 affirmed two corrupt Racine County Judges, affirmed a shyster attorney’s false affidavit, affirmed stolen valor & further affirmed veracity is dead in the courts.

 Judges Lazar, Gundrum & Gill are a cancer in the court system.

But please don’t take my word we have biased, negligent & corrupt Judges in the court system. Look up 2023AP1897-LV & view the Court of Appeals ruling.  There wasn’t a notice of proceedings, nor an opportunity to be heard, nor a neutral decision-maker before a $50.00 dollar award was granted to the shyster attorney.  Lazar, Gundrum & Gill rammed their negligent & biased repugnant $50.00 ruling up the litigant’s ass.

The base of Racine # 20PR15 is equally as bad, Judges Cafferty & Flancher allowed a shyster attorney (Thomas Camilli) to proceed in court with a false affidavit with impunity.  In doing so, Cafferty & Flancher promoted stolen valor in their courtroom and allowed veracity to become mute.  Veracity & Due Process are supposed to be cornerstones within our court system, but with these derelict, negligent & corrupt officers of the court they will go to extremes to silence the truth.

On 6-29-2021, court document # 37, claim # 5, Attorney Thomas Camilli, now a partner of Puntillo, Camilli & Hughes S.C. filed a false affidavit in Judge Cafferty's court.. Camilli is a licensed BAR attorney. What Camilli did was criminal & Cafferty & Flancher covered for him !

Names are named, court cases identified, specific documents revealed so you can scrutinize these writings.  This is all done for public benefit.

An affidavit contesting BAR attorney Camilli’s false affidavit was filed into the court record on 11-30-2021, court document # 68. Cafferty & Flancher didn’t deal with the conflicting affidavits.   Judges Cafferty & Flancher didn’t care about veracity.in their court, they didn’t care that a licensed attorney filed a false affidavit, Flancher went as far to say in court transcripts on 10-3-2023 court document # 125, page 38 lines 13 & 14

“Honestly, at this point, it doesn't matter if he did or not”

Judge Flancher was so bold to rule veracity doesn’t matter in her court. Cafferty ignored the conflicting affidavits.

 Judge Flancher further was totally clueless as to the reason for the scheduled 5-3-2023 motion hearing, nor was Flancher aware of the rules to sanction attorney’s with “safe harbor” rules. FACT: Maria Lazar is repugnant to the U.S. Constitution.

On November 14th, 2023 Maria Lazar knowingly, willingly & maliciously ruled in contravention of the U.S. Constitution, specifically the 14^th amendment regarding Due Process. In that ruling Maria Lazar also ruled in favor of two Racine corrupt judges, Kristen Cafferty & Faye Flancher who allowed a licensed BAR attorney to file a false affidavit with impunity.  A shyster attorney named Thomas Camilli filed a false affidavit, promoted stolen valor & couldn’t produce facts to support his false allegations in his pleadings.  Camilli’s affidavit was contested with a later filed affidavit, Cafferty & Flancher didn’t act to hold attorney Camilli accountable. Veracity is dead in Cafferty’s & Flancher’s court.  Cafferty’s & Flancher’s distain for Pro se litigants is reflected within the court record.   Racine County Courts are widely known as a dirty, corrupt pay to play systems, and now so is the Court of Appeals.

Due Process is a fundamental right to every U.S. citizen. It is one of the cornerstones of our Republic.  Maria Lazar along with justices Gundrum & Gill engaged in an unconstitutional act in direct contravention of the U.S. Constitution, violating the 14^th Amendment rights of the litigant. This isn’t a new law, it was ratified in 1868, well over 150 years ago.  The 14^th amendment guarantees all U.S. citizens equal protection of the law. The law also prohibits states from depriving any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law. Procedural due process is a constitutional principle that requires the government to follow fair legal procedures before it can deprive a person of life, liberty, or property. This principle is supposed to ensure fairness by requiring due process of law, which generally includes providing the individual with adequate notice of the proceedings, an opportunity to be heard, and a neutral decision-maker. 

3 items clearly come to mind when Lazar, Gundrum & Gill illegally ruled on November 14^th, 2023.

1.  There was no Notice of Proceedings

2.  There was not an opportunity to be heard. 

3.  There was not a neutral decision-maker.

There was no dissenting opinion.

Justices Lazar, Gundrum & Gill conspired & engaged in a direct tort act against the litigant.

Shyster Lucas Bennewitz conducted ex parte conversations with Judge Repischak, failed to notify me of adjournment of the hearing dated 8-16-2024 , wrongly filed a motion denying me a voice in court in contravention of our Wisconsin State Constitution.  Article 1 section 7 asserts: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be heard by himself AND counsel.

Judge Lazar was part of a unanimous Court of Appeals ruling that ruled in favor of 2 corrupt Racine County judges who let stand a contested false affidavit filed by a licensed BAR attorney.  Racine Judges Cafferty & Flancher did nothing to hold the licensed BAR attorney accountable for filing the false affidavit,  attorney Thomas Camilli filed the contested false affidavit with impunity.

Why are affidavits important ?

  Affidavits are a written statements of facts that someone, called an affiant, signs under oath or affirmation to declare it's true to their best knowledge. It serves as evidence in legal cases or can be used to support other actions. 

Perjury is a criminal offense and a serious felony under both federal and state laws in the United States. It involves intentionally making a false statement of material fact while under oath in a legal proceeding.

 A conviction can lead to imprisonment and substantial fines as it undermines the integrity of the justice system. 

 Racine judges Cafferty & Flancher are pay to play judges, its no surprise they rule against a pro se litigant vs. a licensed BAR attorney. We expected more from Court of Appeals judge Maria Lazar

So when a justice does not demand veracity in their court, the rule of law is dead.  Maria Lazar had the entire case file before her, Lazar sanctioned a licensed BAR attorney's false affidavit with impunity and further aided stolen valor.

Lazar hoodwinked a lot of good people running for the Court of Appeals, not so this time.

An Outagamie County Judge, Mark McGinnis abused his power & committed a crime by ordering the arrest of Tyler Barth in December of 2021 over a private money dispute, but Barth had not been arrested or charged with a crime.

The prosecutor,  LaCrosse District Attorney Tim Gruenke, another worthless POS, elected to hold Judge McGinnis to a different standard that you or I would be held to.

In lieu of charging McGinnis with a crime, Gruenke acknowledged a "mistake" was made & allowed McGinnis to retire in February of 2026 with benefits.
