 MISCONDUCT COMPLAINT FILED INTO THE OFFICE OF LAWYER REGULATION

Shyster Thomas Camilli

SHYSTER attorney Thomas Camilli filed a false affidavit into the court record in Racine County case # 20PR15.  (court document 37).

A contesting affidavit was filed into the court record (court document # 68)

Attorney Camilli's cavalier attitude towards veracity in the tribunal is disgusting. 

Veracity is a cornerstone of law.

Camilli failed to perform due diligence before filing his complaint, failed to make reasonable investigations to ascertain his claims,  he also falsely alleged 21 misconduct complaints against defendant that had no merit. (nill, nada, zip, zapata)

Judge Kristen Cafferty

Judge Kristen Cafferty shoots from the hip when you are Pro Se.  A well written MOTION FOR SANCTIONS was rejected, forcing the defendant to write & file another MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION listing Cafferty's errors in rejecting the Motion.  The reconsideration motion prevailed the second time around when Cafferty was called out for her errant ways.

   

Judge Kristen Cafferty did not act when a contesting affidavit was filed by defendants.

Judge Cafferty is lazy, inept & corrupt.

When we filed a contested affidavit, Cafferty could have conducted a hearing to determine the real evidence, instead Cafferty choose to allow attorney Camilli to file a false affidavit with impunity.

Cafferty also called me "dangerous" in a court hearing, not because I own f-16's, RPG's and bazooka's, which I don't.

But she is right I am "dangerous" because I hold people accountable, no matter who they are.

Cafferty is a derelict, corrupt judge who failed to hold a shyster attorney accountable for his lapses of judgment, failure to conduct reasonable investigations and failure to maintain candor towards the tribunal.

We have trash in our courts.
