A Culture of Corruption?
Not so fast, although Racine County Sheriff Office does deserve a deep dive into their practices.
Racine County Sheriff Chris Schmaling did refer 5 WEC Commissioners for criminal charges in 2021 for WEC's involvement in the 2020 National elections by WEC preventing special voting deputies from entering nursing homes around the state. The sheriff's office conducted a lengthy and thorough investigation of fraud conducted in the nursing homes around the state, including videotaping victims of the WEC scam.

Wisconsin State Attorney General Josh Kaul failed to act on the Racine County Sherriff's criminal complaint.
While the Sheriff's office did a great job exposing the corrupt WEC.
The Racine Sheriff's office also did a great job covering criminal misconduct in the Racine County Court System.
Racine County Circuit Court Judge Robert Repischak allowed his court staff to commit felonies with impunity.
A complaint was filed into the sheriff office # (24-38339) concerning criminal misconduct of court officials that was whitewashed & not acted upon. The complaint even contained an affidavit.
Sheriff Schmaling's team failed to act upon the criminal allegations, evidence and logic that was forwarded to his office concerning criminal misconduct in Racine's Circuit Court.
Chris Schmaling, James Spranger & Eric Schneider are involved in the court coverup as well as D.A. Patricia Hanson, even Racine Corporate Council was notified of the court's criminal acts & they also failed to act.

A PHYRRHIC VICTORY FOR THE STATE ?

The courtroom and halls were filled with citizens exercising their right to scrutinize court proceedings.
You didn't read that in the mainstream media.
The courtroom sheriff staff did the best they could considering the way the court decided to ramrod the public.
An overfill crowd filled the courtroom and hallways of the Law enforcement center on Monday morning, leaving many observers 1st. Amendment rights knowingly & willingly violated by derelict court officials, this includes Judge Johnson's court. Judge Johnson refused to open court proceedings via livestream to the overflow crowd on Monday morning.
Citizens travelled from all parts of the state to attend the very public two day trial, one woman from up north even slept in her car to attend the trial.
MyVote
The MyVote site is still a fraudsters dream, it still has no user name or password associated with the use of the site.
ANYBODY, yes anybody can still nefariously order absentee ballots and send those ballots anywhere.
In 2022, when I ordered ballots thru the illegal MyVote site in the names of Cory Mason & Robin Vos, I did so in a most responsible way, insuring the ballots would not go to nefarious actors and would be returned if received. The several other ballots received during the sting operation were safely & securely returned to the electors.
Exposing the unsecure MyVote site to the public has been my goal, that the MyVote site offers fraudsters an avenue to exploit our elections.

Significant vulnerabilities at Request an Absentee Ballot (wi.gov} have
been
identified where anyone with a smartphone or computer can
order an absentee ballot online in someone's
else's name and have
that absentee ballot sent to an address other
than the registered
voter. All you need is the date of birth.
Further,
the I. D. of anyone requesting these absentee ballots is not
requested or required.
Yesterday evening to prove how easily absentee
ballots can be
nefariously ordered, I went online and
successfully ordered absentee
ballots
in Cory Mason and Robin Vos's name to be shipped to my
address. I selected these two high profile
public figures because they
are scofflaws, have no respect for law and are
among the most
disingenuous and notorious fraudsters within
our state. Both in their
own way have contributed to the demise of the
public's lack of
confidence in our elections.
I will of course return their absentee ballots
should they arrive.
To further support and verify our findings, I
obtained permission to
order absentee ballots from numerous
individuals from around the
state and successfully ordered their absentee
ballots to be shipped to
my address without their assistance. These
efforts verified that a very
large-scale absentee ballot harvesting scheme
with nefarious
intentions is easily accomplished due to a
lack of a secure website
along with the maladministration and
malfeasance of WEC officials.
Recognizing
the destruction of our republic is imminent with
continued voter fraud, the need of an informed
public is paramount.
We will
be providing the public with these recent findings
immediately.
I stand
and ready to be charged for exposing these voting vulnerabilities when I
ordered Mason's and Vos's absentee ballot online, all without providing a photo
I.D. or identifying myself.
We are still a republic where we elect our
servant / leaders. Servant
leaders govern with our consent and the
public's consent is currently
weaning to a possible point of no return.
As a
citizen, I am disgusted and appalled with the continued
systematic failures of WEC to secure our
elections.
As
citizens and elected officials, I urge all of you to act upon this
information immediately, take actions to
nullify the current early
voting
ballots, secure our elections and be a force to quash all voter
fraud
within our state.

Josh Kaul has supervised 3 out of 4 attorneys engaging in unethical ex parte conversations in just one case! Judge Repischak in Racine County case # 22CF1223 has included illegal filings by one who is now Waukesha County Judge, David Maas. Those 3 shyster attorney's engaged in unethical ex parte conversations are David Maas, Lucas Bennewitz & Rebecca Somers. It's all in the court record.

Repischak's legacy as a Racine County Judge is truly a shit show.
A false filing was filed into the court record concerning David Mass's illegal filings, he did so with impunity. An affidavit was filed into the court record illuminating the derelict, negligent Maas's filings. Repischak knowingly and willingly conducted ex parte conversations with licensed attorney's to my detriment.
What are these crooks doing to the other litigants ?

Gerald Ptacek, the infamous Racine judge is named as a defendant for his role in the corrupt Wisconsin Ethics Commission. (WEC).
I first became aware of corrupt Judge Ptacek in 2011, a go to judge for Racine County when Racine County Sheriff Officer Scott Ratkowski wrote me a civil forfeiture ticket of disorderly conduct before taking my side of the story. Ratkowski had talked via cellular phone to a POS District Attorney name Mike Nieskes. Corrupt Nieskes advised Officer Ratkowski to issue me a ticket, which he did. I had a legal right & privilege to remove a trespasser from family property, Officer Ratkowski didn't care.
Little did anyone know, I would fight the ticket for over 2 years in Judge Ptacek's court and win bigly, getting a different judge to dismiss the case with prejudice. the case was so embarrassing to Racine officials it was scrubbed from WCCA records.
What happened was a new prosecutor, a good man (Rich Chiapete) was named to replace Mike Nieskes. Nieskes was named as a new Judge by Gov. Scott Walker to replace Dennis Barry who had committed suicide.
The newly assigned D.A. had read the reports, weighed the evidence and decided that a dismissal with prejudice was in order, the newly appointed Judge was shocked, but had little choice but to dismiss with prejudice.
Go ahead look up the case, you will find its not there. The case was scrubbed from the court record.

Nieskes was unelected as a newly appointed judge in April, 2012 by an overwhelming margin. Read about it here:

After being unelected as judge, Nieskes didn't find work in the area & was run out of the county by his own doing.
Back to corrupt Ptacek, Ptacek had protected Tom Christensen in court. Tom had knowingly, willingly & illegally deleted conversations of a 911 call which were exculpatory to my defense. What Christensen did was criminal.
Ptacek further allowed Nieskes to file a contested false affidavit with impunity.
At the hearing in Madison concerning placement on the commission in 2023, I spoke against Gerald Ptacek and informed the hearing members of Ptacek's lapse of moral character. He was confirmed anyway to the ETHICS COMMISSION!
Ptacek & Kaul are licensed attorneys in the State of Wisconsin, they must be held to the higher standard as they know better. They must be held accountable for their misconduct.
In life, you get what you negotiate, Ptacek & Kaul are now getting a taste of their own poison.
Is Kaul a product of cheap copulation? I think so.
Does Kaul suffer from alcohol fetal syndrome? Looks like it.

An open letter to D.A. Patricia
Hanson & Sheriff Schmaling
“Just doing my job man”
Surviving a death defying stroke,
lying in bed unable to sit up or turn for over 60 days, staring at the ceiling
has a way to put one’s life into perspective.
The stroke was so severe that my family was already carving up my possessions as I lay dying in the hospital. Only thru the efforts of a dedicated medical staff did I survive. It took over 6 months for the brain fog to begin clearing, equally as long for my double & blurry vision to return to normal. Notice I refuse to use the words stroke victim, I am a stroke survivor.
In 2022, It was proven anyone in the world could order anyone's voter ballot and send that ballot anywhere in the world. City of Racine clerk Tara McMenamin sent me Mayor Mason's ballot, knowing full well who I was and that Cory Mason did not live at my address. I returned all the ballots. Two years later one can still order someone else ballot online without a user name or password and send that ballot anywhere in the world. MyVote was & is set up for voter fraud, a fraudsters dream. In 2019, Mayor Cory Mason signed a contract to install surveillance camera's on all ballot drop boxes in Racine, not one drop box was monitored, Mayor Mason knowingly and willingly violated the contract with Zuckerbucks.
On March 1st, 2024 I attended my first hearing in Judge Repischak’s court since the stroke. I sat patiently while court conducted business. Near the conclusion of the hearing I requested permission to address the court. The court denied my request and abruptly adjourned court.
Judge Repischak trashed my
constitutional rights as a defendant, refused to allow me to address the court concerning my filed Sui Juris affidavit into the court record. An affidavit is used in
court as evidence, is it not? What did Judge Repischak fear so much in that
affidavit that he denied me my 14th Amendment rights to address the court? Judge Repisckak then tossed my affidavit out of
the court record after the hearing.
Needless to say I was stunned by the bias & prejudicial misconduct
of the judge. The judge went fully rogue,
trashing my constitutional rights.
Judge Repischak early on failed to act on my notice of state prosecutor David Maas violating court procedures, falsely certifying pleadings before the court that I was served with his exparte filings into the court record. State attorney David Maas falsely certified court pleadings with impunity. Repischak's answer, just get rid of the incompetent lawyer, problem solved.
Realizing the court would not allow me to address the court when represented by a licensed BAR attorneys, I fired my attorneys to force the judge to directly face me. Despite being fired and no longer representing me in court, the court directly contacted my attorneys to try to bring me back “under control”. A series of emails between the court & my attorneys occurred, with the court offering numerous times and dates to accommodate the attorneys’ schedules. The attorneys had no say in the matter, they were fired. The court only offered me one date, to which I promptly responded I cannot attend. No alternative times & dates were offered by the court. The bias & prejudicial misconduct of judge Repischak are all memorialized, filed into the court record & a Wisconsin Judicial complaint was filed concerning the court's misconduct.
Criminal acts by Judge Repischak’s court are documented concerning court records tampering. The court forged court document # 1, as well as committing U.S. mail fraud. According to the latest coverup story, officials have come up with a new fairy tale to cover for the court, that court document # 1 was now classified as redacted. (262-676-8054 @ 12:10pm) I order lots of public records, redacted records are always blacked out information already contained in the report. Forged court document # 1 has information added.
WCCA online records has removed the
court date of 8-16-2024, but the court has FAILED to notify me of any changes
to the court record. Yes, Judge Repischak’s court has failed to notify me of any court
changes. I will appear as stated in the email exchange at 1:30 pm in
Judge Repischak’s court for the scheduled hearing.
As both of you know, Judge
Repischak’s court issued an arrest warrant after I failed to appear in his
impromptu scheduled court hearing of 8-1-2024.
In fact Patricia you sat in the corner of the courtroom watching the
court railroad me on that fateful day. Blind obedience is no longer tolerated. Know
this, I have created a court record which is soundly ground in law. The court has gone rogue, now the question is
will either of you act constitutionally or support a rogue court, its your
choice.
We have a country to save, CHOOSE WISELY.
