Gerald Ptacek, the infamous Racine judge is named as a defendant for his role in the corrupt Wisconsin Ethics Commission. (WEC).

I first became aware of corrupt Judge Ptacek in 2011, a go to judge for Racine County when Racine County Sheriff Officer Scott Ratkowski wrote me a civil forfeiture ticket of disorderly conduct before taking my side of the story. Ratkowski had talked via cellular phone to a POS District Attorney name Mike Nieskes.  Corrupt Nieskes advised Officer Ratkowski to issue me a ticket, which he did. I had a legal right & privilege to remove a trespasser from family property, Officer Ratkowski didn't care. 

Little did anyone know, I would fight the ticket for over 2 years in Judge Ptacek's court and win bigly, getting a different judge to dismiss the case with prejudice. the case was so embarrassing to Racine officials it was scrubbed from WCCA records.

What happened was a new prosecutor, a good man (Rich Chiapete) was named to replace Mike Nieskes.  Nieskes was named as a new Judge by Gov. Scott Walker to replace Dennis Barry who had committed suicide.

The newly assigned D.A. had read the reports, weighed the evidence and decided that a dismissal with prejudice was in order, the newly appointed Judge was shocked, but had little choice but to dismiss with prejudice.

After being unelected as judge, Nieskes didn't find work in the area & was run out of the county by his own doing.

Back to corrupt Ptacek, Ptacek had protected Tom Christensen in court.  Tom had knowingly, willingly & illegally deleted conversations of a 911 call which were exculpatory to my defense. What Christensen did was criminal.

  Ptacek further allowed Nieskes to file a contested false affidavit with impunity. 

At the hearing in Madison concerning placement on the commission in 2023, I spoke against Gerald Ptacek and informed the hearing members of Ptacek's lapse of moral character. He was confirmed anyway to the ETHICS COMMISSION!

Ptacek & Kaul are licensed attorneys in the State of Wisconsin, they must be held to the higher standard as they know better. They must be held accountable for their misconduct.

In life, you get what you negotiate,  Ptacek & Kaul are now getting a taste of their own poison.

Good Morning,

On this fourth of July, I write you in the spirit of what our founding fathers of this great country envisioned, government of the people, by the people, for the people.

The importance of electing an honest  D.A. is perhaps not paramount for most citizens. In Wisconsin's polarized political scene, being a Democrat or Republican appears to be of greater importance than that of moral character and integrity.

Personally I am repulsed by both political parties, but that is not my reason for this email.

I write to inform you, along with the possibility that you may enlighten your readers and supporters of the errant ways of Michael Nieskes in Racine County.

Michael Nieskes's checkered past includes abuse of power and criminal acts while acting as Racine County's District Attorney.

The most egregious provable violation beyond any doubt is contained in Racine County Circuit Court records in black and white print, the signed false affidavit that Michael Nieskes knowingly filed into court records while acting as Racine Couny District Attorney.

By subpoena, I  invited Michael Nieskes into Racine County Circuit Court several times to impeach his testimony, only to be thwarted by the bias, prejudice and ever so corrupt Racine County Circuit Court Judge Gerald Ptacek. The coward Michael Nieskes would not appear in court to back his smack.

The filing of a false affidavit into court records is indeed a criminal act, and Micheal Nieskes did indeed commit such an crime.

Michael Nieskes is an unconvicted criminal and not worthy of public service. Considering the District Attorney's office is perhaps the most powerful and influential position in St. Croix County government, one would want to ensure that the office is held by a person of impeccable character, and that is not Michael Nieskes.

I do not currently endorse any St. Croix County candidates for District Attorney. , but I do stand behind the "ANYBODY BUT NIESKES" theme.

You will notice that I cc'd Mr. Nieskes with this email as there is no hidden agenda on my efforts to thwart his attempt for a public office he does not deserve.

Can the power of a single blog 300 miles away sway a general election?

We think so!

Consider this, we have been blogging about the corrupt Michael Nieskes for almost five years and he has yet to challenge our writings.

We subpoenaed him into court numerous times to impeach his testimony, only to have this coward never utter a word in court about his abuse of power or discuss the filing of his false affidavit into court records. 

So why do we write about Nieskes again?

It has been brought to the attention of RCC by fine people in St. Croix County that the infamous former Racine County District Attorney Michael Nieskes is again running for public office, but this time 300 hundred miles away in you guessed it, St. Croix County.

Yes, this is the same Michael Nieskes that was run out of town by the voters of Racine County for his errors, acts, omissions, abuse of power and the filing of a false affidavit into court records.

Yes this is the same corrupt Michael Nieskes that under the watchful eye of Judge Ptacek committed many of his offenses and then BEAT IT to Hudson Wi.

Despite the filing of a 100 plus page criminal complaint to the Wis. Attorney General’s office, Nieskes was named Judge in 2011 by Governor Scott Walker.  The voting public kicked him out of office 4 months later in the general elections.  Over 1,700 plus Republicans agreed to remove Nieskes and voted to remove the corrupt ass out of office.

In the matters of his record in office in Racine County, the abuses of power, court records tampering, court date tampering and the filing of a false affidavit into court records, that is all part of Racine County Circuit Court records.

In court testimony, Mike Nieskes's ADA acknowledged the tampering of court records, but did not provide the identity of the government perpetrator of the crimes.

As you read the online entries, you will notice the case was dismissed with prejudice, as the succeeding District Attorney requested the court to do so.

Nieskes is such a low life and was so obsessed by this case, he put at risk the law license of one of his subordinate ADA’s.

The above case illuminated Michael Nieskes as a corrupt, dirty, manipulative prosecutor who abused his power.
