We haven't seen the Hall report yet,
but we do know somebody that has seen the report that was damning to senior staff within the sheriff department, namely Captain Cary Madrigal.
Corporate counsel Michael Lanzdorf has refused to release the Hall report that the public paid for.

The open records request was denied by Michael Lanzdorf citing attorney-client privilege. Was this a deny & delay tactic used by corporate counsel to keep the public's right to scrutinize public records before an election ? I say yes.
The reason I say yes is because Racine County Corporation Counsel Michael Lanzdorf also has knowledge of the property pipeline which is damning to his credibility being Corporate Counsel.

Captain Cary Madrigal was given a 10 day suspension for her role in the officer Kite fiasco.
Now Cary wants to be your next Sheriff.

Officer Kite was sentenced to 65 years in prison by Judge Jon Fredrickson for acts while wearing a Sheriff uniform & working under the supervision of Captain Cary Madrigal.

Award" in Assembly District 33. When an open records request (4-22-2026) was sent to the Rodent (Vos) questioning & asking for records concerning Captain Cary's actions that deserved such an award, no response was received. It's all a fraud upon the public perpetuated by Assemblyman Vos.
