Judge Gasiorkiewicz allowed "Subject of Records Request" as petitioner to be used in court filings instead of petitioner Cary Madrigal, effectively concealing Cary's name the from the public.

Patricia Hanson has first hand knowledge Captain Cary Madrigal violated Wisconsin Statute 11.1207 on June 3rd, 2026 and has knowledge Captain Cary was involved in the illegal & immoral fund raiser at the Tin Can restaurant in Union Grove, yet Hanson did nothing to hold Captain Cary to the same legal standards as you or I.

I allege both Patricia Hanson & Captain Cary Madrigal are complicit, violated Felony Statute 946.12 & state statute 11.1207 carrying a maximun $500.00 penalty per violation.

Captain Cary campaigning while on duty in a no-no. When notified she then had her hours changed to cover her indiscretions while on duty . Captain Cary changed her hours to show she was on vacation time from 8 to 11 am. This change was done by another corrupt captain. Corporation Counsel must now produce the records to expose the criminals within the sheriff's office who are participating in the criminal misconduct. Our "friendly" reminder triggered the corrupt actors into a criminal frenzy.

when caught committing a breach of Wisconsin state statute §§11.1207.

This statute applies to public officers or employees who engage in prohibited actions, including intentionally failing to perform required duties, violating known laws, abusing discretionary power for dishonest gain, falsifying official records, or soliciting/accepting improper compensation

restrictions are placed on political solicitations involving public officials and employees.

Violations of this specific statute fall under the general civil penalties of Chapter 11, which carry a forfeiture of up to $500 per violation.

Penalty

Details of Civil Forfeiture: Any person who violates Wis. Stat. §§ 11.1207 may be required to pay a civil penalty (forfeiture) of not more than $500 for each distinct violation.

Let's do the math on §§11.1207, $500.00 X18= $9.000.00

As outlined in Wis. Stat. §§ 11.1400(1). Enforcement: Actions to enforce these violations and collect forfeitures are handled by the Wisconsin Ethics Commission or through legal action initiated by a district attorney.

We already know the D.A. in this case is Patricia Hanson & won't take any action & WEC is corrupt as hell, what are Racinians to do?"
