Patricia Hanson has first hand knowledge Captain Cary Madrigal violated Wisconsin Statute 11.1207 on June 3rd, 2026 and has knowledge Captain Cary was involved in the illegal & immoral fund raiser at the Tin Can restaurant in Union Grove.

I allege both Patricia Hanson & Captain Cary Madrigal are complicit, violated Felony Statute 946.12 & state statute 11.1207 carrying a $500.00 penalty per violation.
