Patricia Hanson has first hand knowledge Captain Cary Madrigal violated Wisconsin Statute 11.1207 on June 3rd, 2026 and has knowledge Captain Cary was involved in the illegal & immoral fund raiser at the Tin Can restaurant in Union Grove, yet Hanson did nothing to hold Captain Cary to the same legal standards as you or I.

I allege both Patricia Hanson & Captain Cary Madrigal are complicit, violated Felony Statute 946.12 & state statute 11.1207 carrying a maximun $500.00 penalty per violation.

Captain Cary Madrigal

Captain Cary campaigning while on duty in a no-no. When notified she then had her hours changed to cover her indiscretions while on duty . Captain Cary changed her hours to show she was on vacation time from 8 to 11 am. This change was done by another corrupt captain. Corporation Counsel must now produce the records to expose the criminals within the sheriff's office who are participating in the criminal misconduct. Our "friendly" reminder triggered the corrupt actors into a criminal frenzy.

when caught committing a breach of Wisconsin state statute §§11.1207.
