Timeline:
On 6-3-2026 Captain Cary Madrigal is on record to be on duty 8 am to 4pm
Captain Cary sends out a campaign text at 10:57 am
Citizen sends Captain Cary a friendly reminder at 12:25 pm ( less than 1 and a half hours later) "can't campaign while on duty".
Work schedule of Captain Cary changes between 2pm and 3pm, new work entry now shows Captain Cary starting at 11AM. Hmmmmm.
So many questions.
1. Who changed her work schedule?
2. When was the work schedule changed?
3. Who authorized the change?
4. Who approved the change of work schedule to allow her to take vacation?
Was Captain Cary caught campaigning on Sheriff time violating Wisconsin statutes 11.1207?
If so, who is going to hold her accountable?
D.A. Patricia Hanson has first hand knowledge of these allegations, is she also culpable?
