Obregon Fiasco

When Obregon was on the run, he exposed many conflicts of interest to the public safety within the Racine County Sheriff’s office.

The most notable being the large number of drug houses identified by the Sheriff’s office being currently operated in the Kansasville area.

As the hunt for Obregon intensified, large numbers of Racine Sheriff personnel were reallocated to western Racine County.

This reallocation of sheriff personnel in western Racine County included the surveillance of numerous known drug houses in the

Kansasville area.

As several sheriff investigators shook the bushes and conducted interviews of Obregon’s known contacts in western Racine County, other deputies were discretely positioned to observe the numerous known drug houses identified by the sheriff’s office being operated in the

 Kansasville area.

And herein is where the

conflict of public interest exists.

Known drug houses identified by the sheriff’s department are allowed to continue to operate with impunity.

WTF !

Obregon

Obregon's demise was long ago

 written in the stars.

The facts are if you are going to steal a late model car, make sure it doesn’t have GPS tracking and the ability of divine driving intervention from the stars.

The stars we are referring to are satellites capable of locating and overriding the driver’s control of a car and disabling it on remote command. 

We present to you.......  

“ON STAR”

For law enforcement, finding and tracking the stolen Chevy Spark was like divine intervention.

 Due to the foresight and tenacity of computer programmers at GM’s tech division ON STAR, 

law enforcement had a golden eye on the whereabouts of Obregon as he fled in the stolen vehicle.

When the car was reported stolen, law enforcement directly contacted ON STAR and was provided with information to the whereabouts and heading of the car along with the ability to control the stolen car when conditions warranted such actions.

This knowledge and abilities provided by ON STAR  finally gave law enforcement the upper hand to help locate and safely apprehend Mr. Obregon.

With the authorities armed with knowledge and car controlling abilities, numerous law enforcement agencies closed in on the known travelling location of the stolen car into a remote area.

At the direction of officers, the speed of the Chevy Spark was now being controlled by “divine” intervention and was now being brought to a slow crawl speed.

Now surrounded by law enforcement, Obregon bailed out of the car, took to foot and ran into cover with law enforcement and K-9 dogs in chase.

Obregon was taken into custody shortly afterwards.

Perhaps there are two morals of today’s story.

  1.  if you are going to steal a car, it should be an old car without computers and........... 

   2.   that computer geeks really can act as GOD’s of the heavens when you drive a new car.

And you still haven't heard the rest of the story about a premise check ! 

AND

 The 59 year old woman who found Obregon, survived a severe beating, checked herself out of the hospital to care for her relative, and then later was flighted for life to Froedtert  !

Obregon-mania

A five thousand dollar reward has been offered by the Kenosha County Sheriff’s department for information leading to the arrest of Andrew Obregon.

During the last few weeks, Mr. Obregon has proven to be elusive by avoiding capture.  Both the Racine and Kenosha Sheriff’s departments have failed to arrest him, slipping thru their fingers like buttered corn.

Several residents have offered to help the impaired law enforcement community, including the use of a drone to scout the tall cornfields.

 The Racine and Kenosha Sheriff Departments have placed a high priority on arresting Town of Brighton resident criminal Andrew Obregon.

During the month of October, Obregon has eluded local authorities on high speed chases in both counties numerous times, allegedly in stolen vehicles.

Obregon's intimate knowledge of Racine and Kenosha's streets and off road dirt trails have played an important role of eluding the pursuing police.

It appears plenty of people have been rendering aid to Mr. Obregon during his run.

Despite the full focus of the sheriff's department's personnel, including the use of K-9's and helicopters, Obregon has successfully avoided capture.

Mr Obregon has developed a following the likes of the infamous "Run Bambi Run" Lawrencia Bembenek.

Mr. Obregon is wanted for questioning in the homicide of Tywon Anderson.

Tywon Anderson was acquainted with Obregon and reported missing on Sept. 19th., found dead in a cornfield off of Hwy A in Kenosha County.

AND

Unconfirmed reports have been circulating that Obregon may have been involved in the death of 
Fox Lake 

police officer
 Lt. Joseph Gliniewicz ,
who last reported 

was pursuing three suspicious suspects before he was found dead by fellow officers of gunshot wounds by the officer's own gun. 

If you see Mr. Obregon, inform him that both the Racine and Kenosha Sheriff's Offices wishes to give him a ride to the.........

to another market if the

requested 250 million dollars in public funding for the proposed arena is not approved.

The Brewer taxing district has continued to lie to the public about finances and continues to force the public to pay for millionaires games.

Bud Selig and his daughter, Welfare Wendy Selig/Prieb and others have had the money rolling in since this corporate welfare scam was jammed down the throats of the Proles and Sheeple. Former Governor Tommy Tax Thompson and his co conspirators have stuck the public with a shit sandwich.

If the deal was soooo good , private money would be flooding into the proposed arena.

A long time ago after the Milwaukee Braves left for Atlanta,

a distinguished former player of the Milwaukee Brave was asked by a sportswriter why he didn't go to Brewer Stadium to watch the MLB games.

His response was classic.

"Who wants to go watch a bunch of millionaires play ball? "

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to serve numerous state agencies with notice of claims against their offices.   These claims were against various agencies and their agency laws that violate constitutional rights of the individual.  

I began serving the State Attorney General’s Office (SAGO).  Serving this office with legal documents was mandatory in pursuit of legal action against the State and of any of its agencies.  After serving the State Attorney General’s Office, I proceeded to serve courtesy ( I like to call them complementary) copies of these documents to the other state agencies and their boards that oversee these agencies.

During the process of serving these documents, I had conversations with numerous individuals, with one conversation standing out amongst them all.

While serving elected officials or their staff in their office, an elected state senator refused to stamp a time/date service on my copy of the document. As I stated, these documents were only courtesy in nature, so the refusal of his office to time/date stamp my serving copy was a bit of a puzzle to me.  I inquired to the state senator as to why he refused to time/date stamp my copy of service, his answer put me in an uproar of humor.  

The state senator explained to me that if he or his office staff  time/date stamped my copy of service, he could be 

"FIRED FROM HIS JOB".

 Really?  I asked, “who is going to fire you?”  as I roared with laughter, “you are an elected official!”

I reminded the State Senator these documents were copies, only courtesy in nature and the SAGO had already been served.

The State Senator didn't understand the rules and laws that regulate the state agency that he oversees, further he didn’t care.

Here is my point; our elected officials are largely clueless to their responsibilities in government, they do not comprehend the laws that they create. Most public officials don’t give a damn about constitutional issues, nor do they care about the public.

In Wisconsin government,  it appears the agencies only concerns are regulating and controlling the public, all while enriching themselves.

George Orwell was a prophet; his vision of the future came true about “big brother”, the two parties placing party before state, and the continued control over the public’s affairs. You were warned!
