Corrupt attorney Thomas Camilli, a partner in G.G.P. & C. located in Kenosha filed a false affidavit without evidentiary support in Racine County case # 20PR15.
On 6-29-2021, court document # 37, claim # 5 , Camilli filed a false affidavit in front of Judge Kristen Cafferty.
Camilli's affidavit was contested with our own filed affidavit into the court record on 11-30-2021, court document # 68. Judge Cafferty was unmoved, she allowed Atty. Thomas Camilli's false affidavit to stand unchallenged & with impunity.
Shyster Camilli promoted stolen valor
In the courts, Cafferty & Flancher went along with it!
Veracity is dead in Racine County courts !
Remember, Camilli's affidavit was unsupported & contested.
The two corrupt judges (Cafferty & Flancher) aided Camilli's false filing of a contested affidavit by not holding Camilli accountable for perjury.
Shyster Kristen Cafferty
Faye Flancher had the audacity to state:
"Honestly, at this point, it doesn’t matter if he did or not.”

Why are affidavits important ?
Affidavits are a written statements of facts that someone, called an affiant, signs under oath or affirmation to declare it's true to their best knowledge. It serves as evidence in legal cases or can be used to support other actions.
Atty. Camilli committed perjury, a criminal offense. Judges Cafferty & Flancher aided & abetted a member of their club thru impunity.
Perjury is a criminal offense and a serious felony under both federal and state laws in the United States. It involves intentionally making a false statement of material fact while under oath in a legal proceeding, and a conviction can lead to imprisonment and substantial fines, as it undermines the integrity of the justice system.
Atty. Camilli knew or should have known his filed affidavit
affidavit was false from a previous deposition.
In the court of Appeals, the corruption continued,
Camilli remained unscathed.
