State vs. Kurt Hanson

During court proceedings on 12-12-2016, the Racine County District Attorney’s Office dismissed the remaining charge(s) against 
Kurt Hanson.

Kurt Hanson was involved in an altercation on 11-1-2014. Due to a botched investigation by RPD, and their subsequent errors, acts and omissions,  Kurt's dog was subsequently killed by RPD do to the failure of RPD to embrace less than lethal tactics.

According to WCCA records, Defense Attorney Wendy S. Paul began representing 
Kurt Hanson on 11-13-2015.
Attorney Wendy Paul upped her game compared to Kurt's previous legal representation.

In our opinion, the two previous 
public defenders (pretenders) were worthless to Mr. Hanson's defense.

We believe Attorney's Dirk Jensen and Sally Hoelzel failed to aggressively advocate Kurt Hanson's defense, and further failed to provide adaquate legal counsel, thus unnecessarily prolonging the legal action 
against Mr. Hanson. 

Since November of 2014, we at RCC have advocated on behalf of Mr. Hanson and his dog Angel to have all charges dismissed.  

During this time, we have had several meetings with RPD’s Art Howell and the District Attorney’s office concerning Kurt Hanson’s case and the use of less than deadly force.

Albeit the dismissal of charges is late in forthcoming, we believe the dismissal of the remaining charge(s) against Kurt Hanson by the Racine County District Attorney’s office to be reasonable, 
correct and proper action.

 We have known Patricia for over six years. She has always been forthright and transparent with our concerns of the operations of the District Attorney's office.

And while Patricia and I may occasionally disagree with specific charging decisions made by the D.A.'s office, we discuss and disagree without clouding the issues with personal feelings.

It is Deputy District Attorney Patricia Hanson who both introduced and enlightened us to the then corrupt District Attorney Michael Nieskes.

Deputy District Attorney Patricia Hanson wittingly helped clean up the Racine County D.A's office by introducing and exposing Michael Nieskes to us, and we believe she will continue to act with prudence as District Attorney of Racine County.

Have you done your homework to determine the best person for the very important position of

 Racine County District Attorney?

We have and will be releasing our 

endorsement this week.

The most influential and powerful person in the county is the District Attorney. It is imperative to put political affiliations to the side and determine the best candidate for the people of Racine County 

 Encompassing more power than judges and police combined, the D.A.’s office has the unique position of managing the decision to charge or not to charge.

 It doesn’t matter if the police or a judge desires to forward a case or not, the decision is made at the D.A.’s office

As top cop of the county, the D.A’s office has an obligation to the public to uphold the laws of the land.

 In upholding the laws, the D.A. must work with the public and numerous governmental agencies, including local, county, state and the countless federal branches of government.

And it is here dealing with other government agencies where the lines of integrity can blur.  If the D.A.'s office does not keep an arm’s length away from the very agencies it needs to associate with, the integrity of the office is compromised. 

We say this because not all cases referred or submitted to the D.A’s office by the public and various law enforcement agencies are as claimed. 

So it is the D.A.’s job to objectively critique, scrutinize and question the evidence to properly determine if charges are warranted.

 Errors, acts and omissions by victims, complainants, witnesses and law enforcement are commonplace. So a D.A. must be able to dissect and decipher the incident without prejudice to make a proper decision as to whether to prosecute or not prosecute a case.

For the most part, even when errors, acts and omissions occur, the system works as it should.

But the system is prone to failue when unethical conduct by participants occur.

The biggest cog in the wheel to justice occurs when various parties are less than candid.

And the cogged wheel of justice is exacerbated tenfold when corrupt government officials are put into play.

Testimony by law enforcement usually carries more credence than that of the public, even when it is false or misleading.

This is true in both the D.A.’s office

and in court.  So it is imperative that the top cop of the county also police's law enforcement

Hhaving an honest, impartial and smart D.A. in office who properly scrutinize the reports and statements is of paramount importance to the integrity of the office.

Rogue cops and judges in Racine County still do exist, so we need a D.A. of impeccable character who will properly vet the complaints to keep the system in balance.

We need an honest District Attorney who knows how to keep an arm’s length away from fellow government officials all while working closely with them.

There is a great deal of interest on this site regarding the District Attorney race in St. Croix County.

Former Racine County judge and D.A. Michael Nieskes is at it again, appealing to low information voters to become the next St. Croix District Attorney.

Racine County Corruption Starts Here 

Michael Nieskes was effectively banished in 2012 by Racine County voters for his egregious and criminal acts while acting as District Attorney in Racine County.

Michael Nieskes's reputation was so soiled in Racine County that he had trouble securing work as an attorney after the public banishment.

8 months later St. Croix County District Attorney Eric Johnson hired Nieskes as an ADA.  The criminal complaint filed by a Pro Se litigant against Nieskes for his egregious conduct while acting as District Attorney in Racine County made him the laughing stock of the Racine legal community. 

 When the informed voting public identifies and acts against a District Attorney who is both a sociopath and a narcissist, good things can happen for the betterment of the community.

Racine County did it and so can St. Croix County.

Racine County overwhelmingly outed Nieskes and said good riddance, and so should the voters of St. Croix County.

Sanders sells out to the Dark Side

IN an unprecedented move, Bernie Sanders has been sold to Hillary Clinton, leaving his supporters in disarray.

The easy purchase of Bernie Sanders was a result of negotiations between the Sanders camp and DNC, all orchestrated by Hillary Clinton.

In the sale of Bernie Sanders,  Sanders proved he didn't have what it takes to be President. 

Sanders folded to the presence of corruption in the DNC and failed to fight for what he stated he believed in.

Sanders proved in front of all of World he is a phony and 
an "entrenched" member of the dark side. 

Bernie Sanders is man who lacks conviction , integrity and guts.

Sanders is indeed a COWARD and a WHORE.

Bernie Sanders violated a basic principle of fairness:

  Cheaters should never be allowed to prosper.

The DNC and its party are diseased and dying.

 To be a Democrat today is to be a person who allows cheaters to prosper.

DNC Wasserman test comes back positive!

Debbie Wasserman, head of the Democratic National Convention is being removed from her position in an all out effort to protect the Democratic Party and its members.

 

City health officials have confirmed that all DNC delegates have been exposed to the disease and additional testing is being performed on all DNC staff.

DNC officials are scrambling to limit the outbreak to the delegates before a national epidemic occurs.

The CDC has stated this is a rapidly progressing disease  and expressed concern of large scale riots and mayhem if the disease is not contained.

Fears are mounting that panic and riots will ensue this week in Philadelphia if the outbreak is not contained to the DNC and its delegates.

The DNC has confirmed that the disease has spread to most party delegates and the DNC is taking aggressive measures to prevent the disease from spreading to other democratic party staffers and party members.

Bernie Sanders supporters are eagerly using the opportunity to revive the

"Feel the Burn" campaign 

DNC official statement: “ Party Officials are working closely with their delegates, staff and comforters to further contain the disease and determine find someone else to blame for the source of the outbreak”.

Judge Ptacek’s Eulogy
      

In January of 2017,  the unethical and unapologetic corrupt judge will be retiring.

Many residents, defendants, attorneys and reporters will view the passing of Judge Ptacek’s gavel as uneventful.

To many others that have seen and witnessed Ptacek's failures as a judge, this day of retirement will be met with a day of hope. 

Hope that the replacement judge named by Governor Scott Walker will not become a repeat fiasco as the 2011 Michael Nieskes bad joke onto our community.  

Gerald Ptacek’s demeanor in court has been quite extraordinary: Ptacek is a quiet, soft spoken judge who listens intently and often asks questions, leading a plaintiff, defendant or other court participant to believe that Ptacek really does care about justice.

But Ptacek's chiffon demeanor hides a very dark and ugly side.  Ptacek carries into court a magician's repertoire full of conspiracy, complicity and collusion, acting subvertly to deny justice without revealing his own court agenda or dirty bag of tricks. 

Like a magician, Ptacek has also mastered the art of smoke and mirrors, using his unbridled power at the bench to create the illusion of justice.  Ptacek's delusional/illusional justice show had been aided by other government agencies, including during the reign of Michael Nieskes's helm at the Racine County District Attorney's office.  

During Michael Nieskes's reign of power, Michael Nieskes's office was well known to unethically hold exparte meetings with judge Ptacek without notice to other court participants. Both judge Ptacek and Michael Nieskes's office engaged in highly unethical acts to conspire to deny defendant(s) trial, and presto/chango - puuf, the scheduled trial for the next day was gone, along with wcca public records.

This left the defendant(s) appearing for scheduled trial with witnesses without knowledge or notice of the trial being adjourned while the state notified their witnesses the previous night not to appear.  

In Racine County Circuit Court case # 11-FO-57, Ptacek and Nieskes's office conspired together and engaged in exparte meetings to adjourn trial the day before trial on three separate occasions.  Ptacek and Nieskes's office were complicit to subvert justice the day before trials in an attempt to wear the defendant(s) out.

And just as magicians protect their illusions, so does Judge Ptacek, including the abuse of court records and online WCCA posts to create the illusion to the public that all is well in the Racine County Circuit Court system. 

Magicians don't like an audience that understands or reveals the illusions of their show.. Same for judges, they to don't like court participants or defendants that understand the judges corrupt ways, or worse yet reveals their dirty underhanded, chiffon clothed covered dead rabbit in a derby hat trick.

Ptacek has lots of dirty underwear hiding under his judge's robe. Ptacek has a long history as an unethical and dirty judge, so it makes you question how often he changed his underwear while acting as judge.

Ptacek's dirty laundry will never wash clean when court participants maintain accurate records of the court events.

Good Morning,

On this fourth of July, I write you in the spirit of what our founding fathers of this great country envisioned, government of the people, by the people, for the people.

The importance of electing an honest  D.A. is perhaps not paramount for most citizens. In Wisconsin's polarized political scene, being a Democrat or Republican appears to be of greater importance than that of moral character and integrity.

Personally I am repulsed by both political parties, but that is not my reason for this email.

I write to inform you, along with the possibility that you may enlighten your readers and supporters of the errant ways of Michael Nieskes in Racine County.

Michael Nieskes's checkered past includes abuse of power and criminal acts while acting as Racine County's District Attorney.

The most egregious provable violation beyond any doubt is contained in Racine County Circuit Court records in black and white print, the signed false affidavit that Michael Nieskes knowingly filed into court records while acting as Racine Couny District Attorney.

By subpoena, I  invited Michael Nieskes into Racine County Circuit Court several times to impeach his testimony, only to be thwarted by the bias, prejudice and ever so corrupt Racine County Circuit Court Judge Gerald Ptacek. The coward Michael Nieskes would not appear in court to back his smack.

The filing of a false affidavit into court records is indeed a criminal act, and Micheal Nieskes did indeed commit such an crime.

Michael Nieskes is an unconvicted criminal and not worthy of public service. Considering the District Attorney's office is perhaps the most powerful and influential position in St. Croix County government, one would want to ensure that the office is held by a person of impeccable character, and that is not Michael Nieskes.

I do not currently endorse any St. Croix County candidates for District Attorney. , but I do stand behind the "ANYBODY BUT NIESKES" theme.

You will notice that I cc'd Mr. Nieskes with this email as there is no hidden agenda on my efforts to thwart his attempt for a public office he does not deserve.

We at RCC are often moved by the Pro bono publico/politico efforts of citizens in numerous communities. In the last few months, several fine folks in the St. Croix County, Wisconsin area sought us out for information and directions on how to deal with an individual in St. Croix County government.  This person recently announced his intentions to run for the elected post of St. Croix District Attorney.   That person turned out to be former Racine County District Attorney, Governor appointed and publicly rejected Judge Michael Nieskes.

It appears by the amount of correspondence we have received at RCC that Mr. Nieskes has pissed off a lot of people up in this quaint little town of Hudson, Wi.
In fact, Mike has pissed off so many people in the Hudson area that we created another blog just for the St. Croix County area.

Hudson Wisconsin borders the Mississippi river and the great state of Minnesota.  
It is by Racine standards a quiet community and serves the outlying area with a county population of just under 90,000.

According to our sources in St. Croix County, Mr. Nieskes is using his same old tactics he used in Racine in an attempt to quite his critics.  Several St. Croix area residents have called upon us to act as the lead nemesis to the candidate Michael Nieskes, and yes we accepted the challenge.

 Michael, once again the game is on!

In today’s media age, coupled with the internet and bloggers, only a fool and his foolish followers would believe his checkered history would not follow him 300 miles up to the community of Hudson, Wisconsin.  

Michael Nieskes's acts of negligence in Racine County is well documented in court records. 

Further his narcissistic ways had created a lot of animosity amongst a good portion of the Racine population.  

And as a former District Attorney and Judge in Racine County seeking employment, Michael Nieskes's failure to secure a job in the Racine legal community spoke volumes of his disdain by his own peers.  

 Let us point out some facts about Michael Nieskes that the mainstream press leaves out of publication, starting with the benign to the egregious,

·       Michael Nieskes is a RINO republican

·       Talks pro gun but has a history of being subversive to firearm rights.

Has a history of allegedly violating the following:

·       His oath in office.

·       Failure to provide equal protection of the law

·       Selective prosecution

·       Conspiracy, complicity and collusion against the public

·       Records tampering

·       Court records tampering

·       Court dates tampering

·       Filing a false affidavit into court records

Michael Nieskes was further the focus of a 

criminal complaint filed into the 

Wisconsin Attorney General’s office

·       The complaint contained over 100 pages alleging misconduct in office and several criminal acts.

Michael Nieskes was also the first recipient of the highly coveted “Today’s D.A.” Dirty Rat Award. He is in the good company of Wisconsin’s own sexting D.A., Kenny Kratz and State of Oregon's D.A. Dan Norris, the D.A. that failed to convene a grand jury and further abused his powers to sanctioned murder.

Further, Michael Nieskes along with Racine County Sheriff Schmaling were in charge of the investigation into the death of former Racine County Judge Barry.  Michael Nieskes and Sheriff Schmaling failed to exercise good judgment by failing to order an autopsy of the dead judge. This failure left many to speculate as to whether Judge Barry committed suicide or was murdered. An autopsy would have further cleared the air as to the allegations as to whether Judge Barry may have been murdered by a drug dealer, possibly for a past debt. The autopsy could have further cleared the air to the rumors that Barry was using illegal drugs while in office

So as you can clearly see we have history with the candidate D.A.. We are happy to aid our fellow citizens in Hudson Wisconsin to help remove the current plague from their city.  Hudson's very own flotsam candidate for St. Croix District Attorney, Michael Nieskes.

We are currently planning an informational symposium with some concerned St. Croix residents to be held in the Hudson area.  The importance of electing a District Attorney with high moral character and ethics is paramount and it will be open to the public.
