Village of Yorkville Rejects Data Center and Microsoft offers.

Offers of a tax bonanza wasn't enough to sway the village board to consider rezoning land further west of the Interstate corridor.

The village board showed no interest in any proposals from Microsoft. 

The village will remain a rural community.

Billons appeared to be of no interest. 

A victory for common sense, BIG money & a flat no to empty promises.

Top hats off to the Village of Yorkville board.

While the village of Union Grove sleeps, the village of Yorkville are trying to slip in a data center.

Data Centers have BIG money behind them and like to push little communities around.

Inside the Monday night agenda of December 8th. is a trial balloon testing the waters of the community accepting a data center.

Agenda/business i. really caught my attention

After the fiasco & subsequent citizen arrest in Port Washington, data centers with all their money & issues can go somewhere else.

Christine Le Jeune was arrested after she spoke in opposition of the Port Washington data center.   A Data Center that was hidden from the public thru NDA's. ( non disclosure agreements)

She was a guest speaker at a recent HOT meeting discussing how devious the Data Center actors are.

Google her name and you will find multiple video's of her being arrested.

Le Jeune was given a civil disorderly conduct ticket and was released that night.

This is the same Port Washington Police that acts & reports 

directly to Mayor Ted Neitzke.

As far as I am concerned the Data Center people can go to hell.
