Sheriff Chris Schmaling has made claims I wish him to verify because it really sounds desperate.
Please identify the arrests Captain Cary Madrigal has made.

It's alleged a citizen has made an Open Records Request for Madrigal's arrest records, we will post if there is any response to those request.
The Racine Sheriff Department led by Sheriff Schmaling did a bang up job in 2021 identifying voter fraud with investigator/attorney Mike Luell & attorney Eric Kaardal investigating the Senior Nursing Homes when WEC illegally removed the special deputies from performing their assigned duties.
The investigation led to the Sheriff's department recommending criminal charges against 5 WEC commissioners. The 5 were:

Racine County D.A. Patricia Hanson decided not to press charges as well as Attorney General Josh Kaul.
After all Hanson & Kaul are there to protect criminals in office, are they not?
Hanson is known as a cover-up queen & Kaul is just a POS, not sure if there is any difference?
Since then Sheriff Schmaling has become a part time sheriff with full time benefits, spending quality time in Florida selling real estate. The Sheriff's office has spun out of control without elected leadership.
Deputy Chief James Weidner, Captain James Evans & Captain Cary Madrigal has become the embarrassment of Racine County by allowing the department to be overrun by criminals within the sheriff's office.
Sheriff Schmaling is now exposed, his legacy destroyed by his own actions.
