How can a Wisconsin Supreme Court Candidate be so ignorant of the law?  Or is Lazar so drunk with power by joining the two other justices in a sham ruling.

What part of the 14th amendment & Due Process doesn't Maria Lazar understand?

The 14th Amendment grants citizenship to all persons born or naturalized in the U.S. and guarantees all citizens equal protection of the laws and due process. In simple terms, it ensures that no state can deny a person these rights.

The Court of Appeals is so drunk with power they think they can do whatever they want - they are exposed.

Procedural due process is a constitutional principle that requires the government to follow fair legal procedures before it can deprive a person of life, liberty, or property. This principle ensures fairness by requiring due process of law, which generally includes providing the individual with adequate notice of the proceedings, an opportunity to be heard, and a neutral decision-maker. 

3 items clearly come to mind that didn't happen from above

1. Notice of Proceedings

2. Opportunity to be heard, 

3. A neutral decision-maker.

NONE of the above happened in case # 2023AP1897-LV 

The motion for the case to be heard en banc was denied.   Wonder why?...........  Its all in the court record.

Case #2023AP1897-LV  was heard before Mark D. Gundrum, Presiding Judge (P.J.), Maria S. Lazar and Gregory B. Gill, High Court Judge (J.J.)

It is important to note there was no dissenting opinion in the Court of Appeals decision and an en banc appeal was denied.

Background:

Judge Lazar was part of a unanimous Court of Appeals ruling that ruled in favor of 2 corrupt Racine County judges who let stand a contested false affidavit filed by a licensed BAR attorney. Racine Judges Cafferty & Flancher with impunity failed hold the licensed BAR attorney accountable for filing the false affidavit, Attorney Thomas Camilli of Kenosha filed the false affidavit with impunity even though it was contested.  The case is much more complicated & egregious than what is being presented, but people understand how important veracity must be in the courts as well as rights being protected.

SAY NO TO MARIA LAZAR

What happened to the missing cases not on WCCA's file for the public to scrutinize & view?

 In the Racine County Circus Court, so many events, even entire court cases get scrubbed from the official record to protect negligent, incompetent, evil officials in the court system.

Where are these cases?

 WCCA's on line Racine Circus Court scrubs entire court cases from the record when they are embarrassing to the Bozo's in the court system. 

Racine County Circus Court case # 11FO57 has been scrubbed for years from online records. For over two years the case was actively litigated in the court system.  The Pro se defendant filed many motions, exposing a false affidavit filed by the D.A.  Records tampering by the head of the county  911 call system, a State charge that didn't exist, and a prejudicial Judge that protected & favored the corrupt.  A  scheduled trial that didn't happen and was cancelled at day of trial.  The case was later dismissed with prejudice by a different judge & D.A.  I don't make this shit up.

Racine Case # 19CV1357 is another example where the Circus Court system removed from WCCA  online records another highly embarrassing case that was litigated by a Pro se litigant.

The case was originally assigned to the City of Racine "go to judge" Racine County Circus Court Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz, otherwise known  AKA "Gagthebitch" or "Ad Nauseum" but was substituted out by right of the litigant. 

Gagthebitch previously made a name for himself in the Sandra J. Weidner vs. City of Racine. Case # 17CV1644

Gagthebitch engaged in an unethical, illegal secret court in an attempt to silence the truth. Gagthebitch is a real POS.

He has yet to apologize for unethical actions.

In April of 2025, Racine County Circuit Court lost its only vetted honest judge we had, Jon Fredrickson. On April 1, 2025 the joke was on Racine County people when Judge Jamie McClendon was allegedly elected.

Chief judge Wynne Laufenberg is a joke upon the Racine County Circus Court.  I call her Laughyourass because she has a history of her not showing up for scheduled court, stiffing both legal counsel and defendant.

Look at Racine County Circus Court case # 22CF1223,  date 9-8-2022 court date they removed from WCCA records. Racine County Circus Court did the same thing again on 8-16-2024 and didn't show up for court, this time including the negligent and derelict A.G.A.'s Bennewitz and Somers.  All to protect the negligent & corrupt judges.  But on 9-8-2022, whoever heard of parties being notified "OFF THE RECORD" ? Judge Laughyourass is a joke.

 When in court on 3-1-2024, Judge Repischak wrongly denied me due process, only a POS judge would do that.

When it comes to corrupt courts, Racine County Circus Court has filled its quota on corrupt, negligent judges. I have first hand knowledge, so I will share some corrupt judges.

Cafferty & Flancher oversaw shyster Camilli file a false affidavit with impunity, even tho it was contested. 

The Racine County Circus Court also has it's share of shyster attorneys, two attorneys come to mind.

Thomas Camilli filed a false affidavit in Racine County Court Case  # 20PR15 on 6-29-2021, court document # 37, claim # 5. Camilli filed a false affidavit in front of Judge Kristen Cafferty &  engaged in stolen valor, only an idiot of an attorney would commit crimes in court of such flagrant acts. 

The second Bozo attorney is A.G.A Lucas Bennewitz.

Shyster Lucas Bennewitz conducted ex parte conversations with Judge Repischak, failed to notify me of adjournment of the hearing dated 8-16-2024 , wrongly filed a motion denying me a voice in court in contravention of our Wisconsin State Constitution.  Article 1 section 7 asserts: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to be heard by himself AND counsel.

Lazar has announced she is a candidate for the Wisconsin Supreme Court in the spring of 2026.

Maria Lazar is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Judge Lazar was part of a unanimous Court of Appeals ruling that ruled in favor of 2 corrupt Racine County judges who let stand a contested false affidavit filed by a licensed BAR attorney.  Racine Judges Cafferty & Flancher did nothing to hold the licensed BAR attorney accountable for filing the false affidavit,  attorney Thomas Camilli filed the contested false affidavit with impunity.

The case referenced is Racine County Circuit Case # 20PR15       

On 6-29-2021, court document # 37, claim # 5,  Plaintiff Attorney Thomas Camilli filed a false affidavit in Judge Kristen Cafferty's court.

 The false affidavit was challenge by the defendant's affidavit on 11-30-2021, court document # 68.

  Judge Kristen Cafferty was unmoved, she allowed licensed BAR  Atty. Thomas Camilli's false affidavit to stand with impunity.

Judge Faye Flancher went further off the deep end.

She had the audacity to state:

"Honestly, at this point, it doesn’t matter if he did or not.”

Remember, it's all in the court record.

Why are affidavits important ?

  Affidavits are a written statements of facts that someone, called an affiant, signs under oath or affirmation to declare it's true to their best knowledge. It serves as evidence in legal cases or can be used to support other actions. 

Perjury is a criminal offense and a serious felony under both federal and state laws in the United States. It involves intentionally making a false statement of material fact while under oath in a legal proceeding.

 A conviction can lead to imprisonment and substantial fines as it undermines the integrity of the justice system. 

 Racine judges Cafferty & Flancher are pay to play judges, its no surprise they rule against a pro se litigant vs. a licensed BAR attorney. We expected more from Court of Appeals judge Maria Lazar

So when a justice does not demand veracity in their court, the rule of law is dead.  Maria Lazar had the entire case file before her, Lazar sanctioned a licensed BAR attorney's false affidavit with impunity and further aided stolen valor.

Lazar hoodwinked a lot of good people running for the Court of Appeals, not so this time.
