When it comes to open records,  Mayor Cory Mason & City of Racine attorney Scott Letteney should be footing the bills.  

According to a recent post on

 JT IRREGULARS,  the city of Racine has again been sued for not turning over public records

9-15-2025,  Milwaukee Riverkeeper, Inc vs. City of Racine et al alleges the City of Racine has refused to turn over public records. Another writ of mandamus has been filed for open records. Cory & Scott are no strangers to writ of mandamuses.  If you recall, the City of Racine residents paid the shyster law firm over $200,000 dollars,  Michael J. Cohen & others & further had to pay Sandy Weidner expenses for her writ of mandamus, in total Mason & Letteney in that one case cost taxpayers over $300,000 dollars. Its not their money, what do they care?

 Judge Gagthebitch, the go to judge for the City of Racine made it all possible.   Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz made sure the taxpayers were well hosed.  Gagthebitch caused many a problems, including the illegal secret court Sandy was stuck in. Gagthebitch is such a piece of shit.

City officials should be personally held financially liable for their illegal acts, they knowingly break the law with impunity.
