Is Henry Perez being smeared by Madrigal campaign staff or possibly Cary Madrigal herself ?
How does a 20 year old sophomore college student - Madrigal supporter get his hands on Racine County 18 year old documents?
I posed these very questions to corporation counsel Michael Lanzdorf.

There are some questions I think need to be explored regarding this topic.
1. Who is Kaiden Jacobsen? Based on Google he is a twenty something student and athlete from Union Grove, WI for the Rippon College Red Hawks playing wide receiver for their football team.
2. With that background; how did Kaiden Jacobsen have access to private personnel records concerning Henry Perez from the Racine County Juvenile Detention Center? It is unlikely he had personal access to those records and they were given to him from someone who did to perpetrate a smear campaign. Most likely that someone is a Racine County Law Enforcement Officer or Employee who abused their position and access to personnel records.
3. Could that someone with access be Cary Madrigal or one of her campaign team members? I will let you draw your own conclusions.
4. Has someone committed crimes in the inappropriate accessing and dissemination of private personnel records concerning Henry Perez in order for Cary Madrigal to gain an unfair advantage? I believe so.
5. Will the Racine County Sheriff’s Office investigate this matter and hold perpetrators accountable? Most likely no, because most likely it all points to Cary Madrigal who has been shown to be corrupt by actual public documents, unlike the inappropriately accessed private personnel records presented by Kaiden Jacobsen.
5. Kaiden Jacobsen, are you ready to be held accountable for your actions designed to smear Henry Perez, Cary Madrigal’s opponent in the upcoming primary election next Tuesday?
The above questions are in response to an RCC post on
August 7, 2026 disseminating Henry Perez's Racine County personnel work file from 18 years ago.
Both Michael Lanzdorf & Sheriff Schmaling have been made aware thru emails to their county email system about the breach of Racine County records
RCC believes Kaiden Jacobsen is a really good person who has been misled by some very evil, self serving individuals that do not have the greater good of the community at heart.
Who parks a Madrigal campaign fire truck in a handicap parking spot at the county fair ?
