Kristen, I should explain better, I have been at this for over 15 years. Look up Racine County Circuit Court case # 11FO57.
It doesn't exist for the public to view. It was pulled from the public record over my objections as it was dismissed with prejudice.
Racine County Courts are corrupt, so are the many cops like Madrigal. Honest cops with a moral compass confide with me. Go back to 2012 on this site and anything I have wrong I will retract and apologize for my errors. Godspeed
Law Enforcement staff have expanded on her alleged corruption, so if those statements and conversations are false...here's her chance to prove the staff wrong! Release the files so we can let her do her thing! If the allegations are false, then this all goes away! Let's see the disciplinary documents as requested!
