Slander vs. Libel

Slander and libel are both forms of defamation.  That is false statements that harm a person’s reputation. The key difference is that slander is spoken (oral), while libel is written or published in a tangible medium.  Is RCC a tangible medium?  Both require proof of a false statement, publication to a third party, and damage to reputation. 

The proof of false statement(s) must be shown to present a case.

RCC calls Judges Cafferty & Judge Flancher corrupt, negligent, inept, derelict, bias.

Attorney Camilli filed a false affidavit into the court record in Racine County Court case # 20PR15. 

Thomas Camilli is an officer of the court The defendant was a Pro SE litigant.

Judges Cafferty & Flancher allowed a false, contested affidavit to stand in the court record.  It appears veracity means nothing to Cafferty & Flancher.

Judges Kristen Cafferty & Faye Flancher are corrupt judges who allowed a licensed attorney, an officer of the court Thomas Camilli to file a false affidavit with impunity.

An OLR complaint was filed against Thomas Camilli, so far the OLR has not disciplined the negligent attorney.

Life isn't fair, corrupt judges & shyster attorneys are part of life.

Remember - Thomas Camilli is an officer of the court, a negligent & derelict shyster.
