                  Fifty Shades of Grey ?

Well, what started out as a simple and benign open records request to the Racine County Sheriff's Department became an investigation as to why the sheriff's department would not release any criteria about these incidents.

An old adage was taught

 to me in grade school:

“Figures lie and liars figure:
