Palenick began his tenure in Racine under a dark cloud of political gaffe and corrupt government, compliments of Mayor Dickert's regime and Mayor Mason. 

During his short tenure as city administrator, Palenick had to endure and address Machinery Row, secret meetings, secret surveys, secret courts, secret contracts, no bid contracts, broken contracts and fraud.

WHEW !

Imagine how the City of Racine could have tainted his career ?
 Palenick thru it all maintained a higher standard than the ass wipes he was working with.

We believe Jim couldn't get out of Racine soon enough.

Now back to Shannon.

It appears that Mr. Powell has had a fairly light schedule as communications director for the city.  Mayor Mason has also used him as a chauffeur and needs to find him a career position within the city. When Palenick leaves, the city may just change the Administrator title to ? and slide Powell into Palenick's old office.

Problem fixed!

Let's pray that we don't have to find out.

Citizens have rights to demonstrate, to call out derelict,

corrupt and dangerous members of government, but they don't have the right to engage in criminal misconduct to riot, pillage and destroy local infrastructure. 

The City of Racine has seen numerous civil protest against corrupt and dangerous members within local government, most without incident.

Several peace marches and vigils were held by the public to protest the killing of Donte Shannon and Tyrese West by local police.
These marches were peaceful and well within their
 rights to protest.

During the 2019 Fourth of July parade in downtown Racine, Milwaukee citizen Tory Lowe disrupted the theme of the parade and called attention to the 
Mt. Pleasant police killing of
18 year old Tyrese West.

Mr. Lowe didn't destroy property, didn't set fire to police cars and didn't threaten anyone, his protest was provocative, 
peaceful and within reason.
Mr. Lowe was apprehended by the City of Racine police department, cited for disorderly conduct and released.

 He is currently scheduled for trial on 6-18-2020, 8:30 am, 
6 person jury, Racine County Courthouse, 2 floor, 
judge Robert Repischak presiding.

HOT Government illuminated the truth, exposed, mocked, humiliated and degraded local corrupt Racine officials during the celebrations.  These types of protest are healthy for the community as it exposes the dirty dealings of local government and encourages public discussion of the ills of our community.  Civil protest are a fundamental right, guaranteed by the First amendment of the U.S.Constitution.

Civil protest are just that, civil, they are peaceful with respect to the surroundings within our community, riots are not.

When riots happen, as in Minneapolis  it is a knee jerk reaction against the unaccountable acts by public officials to fix their broken and corrupt offices. In essence, Hennepin county government is the root cause of the riots for not cleaning their own house. The police union, the Blue line,  Hennepin County District Attorney's office and the derelict judges are all to blame.  Hennepin County got what they negotiated as well as numerous other corrupt communities who have had riots, because,
where there is no hope, there is only despair.

Communities who lack civilian oversight or hold any real accountability of government officials, whether it is the mayor, police, D.A's office or even public works, or the culture exist in government that tolerates and protects the bad apples from within, then you can bet dollars to donuts that the community will suffer discord and anarchy.

The criminal elements within Racine government are fostering anarchy within Racine County, "Coryuption" is rampant and it is only a matter of time before anarchy strikes home.

Weidner vs. City of Racine

In the continuing courtroom saga of Weidner vs. City of Racine,

Sandy Weidner is being assigned yet another judge, this time outside of the ever corrupt Racine County Circuit Court system.

As quickly as Racine Judge Maureen Martinez was assigned 
"the case"

is as quickly she has recused herself from this

nationally embarrassing fiasco.

Sandy Weidner will now stand before Kenosha County Circuit Court judge Chad Kerkman.

For well over two years, Sandy Weidner has been abused by corrupt and malicious judges who violated and attacked both her rights and 

the rights of the public.

Early in during courtroom proceedings, the basic right to amend her case was denied by Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz(herein referred to as Gagthebitch) and the court declared all records sealed

concerning the case.

 Lawless Pagan Judge Gagthebitch violated numerous Wisconsin statutes while conducting court and acted in a most prejudice and criminal manner. His illegal and criminal acts while conducting court sent Sandy into the abyss and was the beginning of her journey into courtroom hell.

Justice is a precious commodity within the

Racine County Circuit Court System.

Perhaps Sandy will fare better in another jurisdiction

Racine County citizens should be outraged at our courts for unethical and criminal misconduct concerning this case and the feckless oversight agencies that turn a deaf ear and blind eye concerning 

the misconduct of our judges.

A quick look at the referendum

by the numbers

RUSD serves the following 7 communities.

Racine, Caledonia, Mt.Pleasant, Wind Point, 

Elmwood Park, North Bay, Sturtevant.

There are approximately 20,000 students within the school system.

There are about 150,000 residents within RUSD

The average home within RUSD is already taxed yearly at a mil rate of appoximately $9.96

per thousand assessed or about 1% of the home’s value goes yearly towards the

Racine Unified School District.

So an average $130,000.00 home is already paying the school levy of $1,294.80 per year to the schools.

So what is the average cost of the referendum divided into the number by residents?

What is 1 billion dollars divided by

One hundred fifty thousand residents? 

The answer is biblical, even prophesied!

$6,666,66…… per resident.

Let’s try this again

1,000,000,000 divided by One Hundred fifty thousand equals 6,666.66…………..

The math works out.

Now let’s look at the average family’s cost.

For each man, woman and child living within the RUSD school district, the future additional tax consequences are indeed dire.

The average family of four will be paying an additional $26,666.64.dollars in addition to the already overtaxed yearly school system property levies.

Will there even be brick and mortar schools

Reynoso also charged in Dickert

In an outrageous display of abuse of power, Racine County District Attorney Patricia Hanson issued criminal misdemeanor charges against 19 year old Christian Reynoso, the other party involved with Former Mayor John Dickert's road rage case.

New Racine County Circuit Court case # 20CM605

District Attorney Patricia Hanson undercharged Dickert with only Disorderly Conduct when other charges were warranted.

According to witnesses of the road rage incident, LM and ED provided Mt. Pleasant police with this information within the criminal complaint against John Dickert.

"Officer Serpe also spoke with L.M. and E.D.. E.D. stated she was in her vehicle and told L.M. to

look over at two males arguing. E.D. stated that she observed the male without the red sweatshirt

(Dickert) hit the other male (Reynoso) 4-5 times before Reynoso started hitting back. L.M. stated that

Dickert appeared to be very agitated, and began to hit Reynoso before Reynoso hit back."

Based on the above statements of these two witnesses, 

another charge is warranted against physical perpetrator 

Dickert of battery.

Wisconsin Statutes:

940.19  Battery; substantial battery; aggravated battery.

(1)  Whoever causes bodily harm to another by an act done with intent to cause bodily harm to that person or another without the consent of the person so harmed is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

(2) Whoever causes substantial bodily harm to another by an act done with intent to cause bodily harm to that person or another is guilty of a Class I felony. 

 THE FIX IS ALREADY IN !

The D.A. has already undercharged politically connected Dickert and now overcharged a 19 year old kid to bring him into the "system". 

THEN - Further reduce Dickert's criminal charge during 

plea bargaining to a civil forfeiture or dismiss altogether. 

As reduced or dismissed charges against Dickert is realized, 
then continue to hang the kid out to dry as Dickert's scapegoat.

These types of deals is one of many plague's 
within Racine's government.

Former Racine Mayor John Dickert criminally charged with disorderly conduct

Criminal charges were filed today in Racine County Circuit Court against John Dickert for a road rage incident that ended in an altercation at the Piggly Wiggly parking lot on Washington Ave.

On March 22, 2020, Mt. Pleasant police were called to the Piggly Wiggly parking lot on Washington Avenue regarding a fight in progress. Mt. Pleasant police arrived at the scene and broke up the fight. Both John Dickert and Christian Reynoso were referred to the D.A's office with pending charges.
According to reports, both were treated at the scene by paramedics and released at the scene.

In videos acquired by RCC of the event, Dickert appeared drunk -  falling forward in the videos.

Dickert is represented by attorney Patrick Cafferty, whom had been exchanging information with the D.A's office regarding Dickert's altercation and physical assault upon 18 year old Christian Reynoso.

When attorney Cafferty was asked for a comment, he stated he would get back to us.

RCC has acquired two videos of the altercation between John Dickert and Christian Reynoso. 

The videos show Dickert falling forward to the ground during the altercation, as if he were drunk.

18 year old Christian Reynoso stated the former mayor approached his passenger car window yelling, then moved to the drivers side of Reynoso's car as Dickert continued his rant.

When Reynoso got out of his car, he claims Dickert initiated the altercation by grabbing him by his throat and began choking him.   Video evidence indicate a good old fashioned ass kicking was delivered to Dickert shortly afterwards.

Mt. Pleasant police arrived on the scene and the 

altercation promptly ended.

Both were treated by paramedics and 

released at the scene.

According to the Racine Journal Times, Former city of Racine mayor John Dickert is represented by Attorney Patrick Cafferty, who stated that he is exchanging information with the district attorney's office.

Christian Reynoso has made requests for discovery from both the City of Mt. Pleasant and the district attorney's office, both have withheld any information and denied to release discovery.  

Obstruction of justice notices have been sent to both the city of Mt. Pleasant and the district attorney's office by Mr. Reynoso.

Think about this, Attorney Cafferty is claiming to be exchanging information about the road rage incident with the D.A's office, yet Mr Reynoso has received no information and is actively being denied any discovery.

Does this sound like a cover up ? 

We think so !

We ask who is the responsible adult here?
An 18 year old kid or a 57 year old public official who currently works as Division Administrator for the 

Wisconsin Department of Revenue.

Want to meet the 18 year old kid that schooled Dickert that it isn't nice to attack someone.
