Racine Expose
says “Farewell

One of Racine’s finest blog sites is saying farewell to its readers. The diligent efforts of Racine Exposed have been legendary in the blogging community and will be missed in the Racine community.  R.E.’s efforts to expose the corruption and greed of Racine governmental officials through research were without peer.

Without R.E.’s efforts, Racine government will become less transparent and less accountable, and that is not good for the working people of Racine County.

Godspeed R.E. !

Salem, Wisconsin -
2 year old toddler falls out
of moving U-Haul Van

A two year old wearing only a diaper fell out of the back of a moving U-Haul truck on State Hwy 83, in Salem, Wi. on Saturday afternoon, 4/18/2015 at approximately 4:30 pm.
The incident was witnessed and responded to by members of the town of Salem Fire and Rescue, who happened to be going into the Station at that time.
A paramedic scooped up the child from the road and brought the child into the fire/rescue station where the child received immediate medical care.  The child was treated for a large bump to the head and extensive “road rash” before being transported to an area hospital.  No further information about the condition of the child is available at this time.
The driver was unaware of the rear door being partially opened when the child fell out of the rear of the truck. The driver of the vehicle further stated he was unaware the toddler was in the back of the van before he closed the rear door.

Kenosha County Sheriff dispatch was notified of the incident and Sheriff Deputies brought the driver of the U-Haul truck back to the Salem Fire/Rescue building.

Folks, this was a real event, so let's pray for the child's well being and full recovery.

Voters elect Paulson and Torhorst
for Racine County Circuit Court
seats 6 and 9.
At RCC we have a track record of knowing how to remove a corrupt judge, but we haven’t yet learned how to place a judge in office. You can bet in the next two years we will be working on this issue.

Now with the elections over, it is our hope that elected Judge David Paulson will exceed our expectations, follow in Michael Piontec’s footsteps, and amaze us with his work product.

To Judge David Paulson and Allen Torhorst, congratulations on your victory.

Please help make the Racine County Circuit Court system one that the public can trust and be proud of.

Vetting process
discloses complaint against
Branch 9 candidate

Contrary to published reports in the local news press, RCC has uncovered a complaint alleging judicial misconduct of Racine County Circuit Court Judge Allen Torhorst.   The complaint was filed last year to the Wisconsin Judicial Commission by a Racine County citizen.

The complaint alleges Judge Torhorst's misconduct about various legal matters involving guardianship, freezing of bank accounts. and conducting court without notice.
The complaint specifically alleges that Judge Torhorst conducted a motion hearing that was previously canceled by a court clerk, without the complainant or complainant’s attorney present.
“(and without notice that the matter was proceeding)”
Source - Wisconsin Judicial Commission response to complainant

The complaint is currently in the investigative stage at the Wisconsin Judicial Commission. The Judicial Commission is awaiting court transcripts for further review of the complaint.

Folks ,  we have not had the opportunity to fully vet this complaint, but we do have the documentation to validate the complaint has been filed, and responded to by the Wisconsin Judicial Commission. Please keep in mind that these are allegations, and the complaint is in the investigative process.

We at RCC also know the complainant doesn’t stand a chance in hell to sanction the judge, even IF Judge Torhorst is guilty of misconduct.  The Wisconsin Judicial Commission is part of the bias, prejudice and corrupt Supreme Court.

Weigh this information accordingly, because we have the right to inform you and you have the right to know. Get out and Vote on Tuesday, April 7th. because it does matter who you stand before.

ELECTIONS
Tuesday April 7th.2015
Racine County Circuit Court
JUDGE-Branch 6

Paulson vs. Hanson

RCC has engaged in an extensive vetting process of who will best serve the citizens of Racine County.

The month long vetting process of the Racine County Circuit Court candidates included the following;
Attending several public judicial forums,
Reviewing court records,
Reviewing court decisions,
Reviewing court documents
Attending court hearings and trials
Interviewing plaintiffs and defendants
Sending out judicial questionnaires
One on one conversations with the judicial candidates

During the judicial vetting process
we also considered the dynamics
that each candidate will bring
into their court, to include the following:

Constitutional law and protecting the citizen
The candidate’s current position in life
Community involvement
Life experiences
Why the candidate desires to be Judge,
Who will be the fairest of the fairest and
The current state of affairs in the Racine County Circuit Court system.

We had spent plenty of time in the Racine County Circuit Court system researching records, attending court hearings and trials, interviewing defendants, plaintiffs and court officials.  However, we had not viewed any of municipal judge David Paulson’s court events. So, we went the extra mile to attend David Paulson’s municipal court in Caledonia on Tuesday evening to listen and view Mr. Paulson at work. After all this vetting we feel confident both are qualified to sit on the bench.

The judicial vetting process also illuminated the character of both candidates, revealing their political affiliation, sense of humor, work ethics, confidence and humility.

Most of the character differences were minimal in value to weigh in for the best candidate.

One candidate through our vetting process displayed more tenacity, the track record to work harder, work smarter, and go the extra mile to protect the citizens of Racine County. We also believe this candidate has the right demeanor to make a great Chief Judge. That candidate is Patricia Hanson.

Patricia Hanson has earned our endorsement for Racine County Circuit Court, Branch - 6.
