WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE ON PUBLIC ASSISTANCE?

We’ve all heard complaints about people on “public assistance.” Perhaps you’ve even

 questioned the wisdom of it and maybe even felt the recipients are undeserving. We've 

all have heard about the person on “food stamps” in line next to someone with a

 grocery cart half full of budget items, and the food stamper is buying steak.

 I’ve never seen it, but I’ve heard of it.

Have you ever heard of someone dressed in a nice three piece suit who comes to town 

and receives 21 million dollars of public assistance to build a luxury hotel, 

that you will likely never be able to afford to stay in?

No? 

Maybe you haven’t been watching your money closely. Of course not being told

 about it until it’s too late to learn any details before it’s pushed through by the 

city administration doesn’t give you much of a chance, does it?

The downtown luxury hotel will cost citizen taxpayers at least 21 million dollars in public 

assistance. But don’t worry, it’s being brought to you by the same people who thought 

Machinery Row and The Arena were great ideas. And they can think of nothing better to 

do with your money than give it to someone from out of town to build a nice hotel right 

next to where the lake shore is eroding. They say it’s a longstanding need!

Racine Mayor Cory Mason will be presiding over the

 Common Council meeting 

as they determine the future of Cable channel CAR 25.

The Common Council finance committee on January 13th. voted to approve funds, now on Tuesday night Jan. 21, at 7 PM the Common Council gets to vote on turning the channel back on. 

It is widely known that Mayor Mason wishes to keep citizens uninformed of the real operations within city hall. Mason put an evil eye upon the city finance committee as they approved funds to once again light up the channel.

Why do we call Mayor Mason the Prince of Darkness?

BECAUSE

This is the same mayor who subverted Common Council approval and conducted a secret police survey to the tune of around $140,000 dollars in an attempt to subvert and discredit 

Police Chief Art Howell.

Mason's secret police survey failed miserably. 

The Prince of Darkness also authorized and presided as Mayor over the Secret Court of Sandy Weidner vs. City of Racine.

The secret court brought national attention to the City of Racine

as Racine County Circuit Court Judge Eugene (Gagthebitch) Gasiorkiewicz committed crimes while conducting 

illegal secret court.

Not to be outdone by himself or his wife, Mason also presided as Mayor while his henchmen City Attorney Scott Letteney and sidekick Nhu Arn engaged in outrageous court proceedings within City of Racine Court to wrongly prosecute Jim McClain. When McClain appealed his case, court records were mysteriously destroyed and 

City Judge ROBERT  ROBBER Weber said 

no records were available.
In the appeal, 
Jim McClain's case was dismissed with prejudice

In further attempts to silence citizens, Mayor Mason allows city emails to be routinely blocked and impeded to discourage citizens to communicate and petition government officials.

And not to be forgotten, one of Mayor Mason's finest accomplishments is 

Machinery Row!

What can we say about Machinery Row that already

 hasn't been said. A criminal enterprise conducted by numerous state, county and city officials.

Oh that has already been stated.

How about this?

Raise funds to honor the Prince of Darkness around Machinery Row. You can place lawn gnomes along the Promenade, bike path and river walk with the likeness of  Mayor Mason.

Oops we forgot!

 There is no walkway, bicycle path, Promenade or canoe and kayak launches open to the public.

 DNR money in excess of $700,000 dollars to build the public accesses to the properties was fraudulently squandered for other City of Racine officials consideration like

 fences to keep the public out.

is on the agenda for the Finance and Personnel Committee's 

open meeting on Monday, January 13, 2020

            at 5:00pm in room 303 at City Hall. 

 Be there to hear discussion and ask questions.

Car 25 is part of a contract that the city must fulfill.

City residents by contract are paying for city supported media to informed residents of what is happening in Racine.

Terminating CAR 25 is not only a breach of contract, it is a tort act against any cable subscriber within the city of Racine and worthy of a class action suit.
The blacking out of CAR 25 is another darkening effort of Mayor Mason to put a shroud of secrecy upon the city of Racine. 

The cancer team of L&M (Letteney & Mason)

continues to plunder the city into the abyss of

darkness and secrecy. 

Changes to obstruct citizen input into government, the darkening of CAR 25,  email accounts being restricted, quarantined and blocked are only a small part of the continued lack of transparency with Mason and his bobble-head cronies within the city council.

“Immunity from Prosecution”

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul has announced

his office is feckless and afraid.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice thru U.S. mail and email has informed Wisconsin citizens that its office will not prosecute judges for

committing crimes within the state.

In doing so, Attorney General Josh Kaul’s office announced the partisan reasoning is his office has no authority over the politically controlled courts.

The next group to be selectively omitted from prosecution by the Wisconsin Department of Justice will be meteorologist.   The Attorney General’s office has no authority or control of weatherman broadcasts or of the weather, or God when they commit crimes within the state.

Future considerations for criminal immunity from prosecution include:

Blocked Emails at Racine City Hall

The cancer of secrecy within the city 

continues to grow under 
Mayor Mason's Leadership

Within the city wide email system, there has been a marked increase of restricted, quarantined, impeded and blocked emails.

 In recent communications with city officials, RCC emails were blocked going into the offices of the city attorney office 

and the Chief of Police. 

Discussions with some city officials has revealed 

others finding the same abuse 

within the City wide email system.

Several city council aldermen/women have complained about their emails account being hacked and tampered with.

Others have been warned that their city emails are routinely read, censored, screened and blocked by an unknown actors.

During our investigations of our blocked emails, A member of the Racine Police department informed us of another complaint 

coming in on this same day of an email being 

blocked into the police department.

The term used by City MIS officials when you have been blocked is called whitewashed, politically friendlier 
term than blacklisted   

Who is behind this dark force?

 What is the purpose of this mayhem?

Why has Mayor Cory Mason not acted to clean up the

 perpetrators of these crimes?

There has been no response from the Mayor's office regarding blocked emails, nor from the City attorney's office.

BUT

We did receive a response from the Chief of Police.

"My practice it to ensure that every inquiry that comes into the chief’s office

 receives a response (usually a personal response from me)."

This response from Art Howell came after our email to him was manually forwarded by a city MIS Department official.

We thank MIS officials for helping us overcome the glitches and/or the dark forces within city government

 From a citizen standpoint, the tampering of emails thwart, impede and block the rights of all individuals to petition, communicate and address government officials. 

The tampering of emails attack the rights of all involved 

and are serious infractions upon the 1^st Amendment 

of the U.S. Constitution. 

How many more emails not being delivered to city officials is the $100.00 question?

Meet Jeffrey Churchwell

AKA Citizen Shithead

Mr. Churchwell created quite a shitstorm

for defecating outside in a public park for almost two years,

 told authorities he was "being an idiot" and that he did it for convenience and to be disrespectful.

WTF!

Reports indicated Churchwell had been defecating outside of 

and on a building at Natureland Park in the town of Whitewater, sometimes several times per day, since 2017.

Authorities caught Churchwell on Oct. 8 after sheriff's deputies had spoken to a worker at the Walworth County Highway Shop who complained about someone defecating on a park building and leaving used toilet paper behind.

The worker showed deputies photos from trail cameras that showed a man defecating in the park. The pictures also showed Churchwell's car parked nearby and a partial plate number, which was used to identify 

Jeffrey Churchwell.

"I'm so disappointed in myself," said Churchwell where he had the opportunity to teach English classes in the Milton School District. He stressed the importance of involved citizenship and there he is being a shitty citizen of Walworth County. Churchwell also added that he's sickened by his own hypocrisy.

"As well, after REALLY thinking about why I did what I did," an email continued, "I came to the conclusion that I allowed my thrill-seeking, self-indulgent pride and ego both get the best of me."

 Churchwell will have to pay $365 in fines plus $5,705 in restitution to the Public Works Department, which cleaned up after him.

Mr. Churchwell brings new meaning to being a
