PIG kills DOG

When you militarize the police, this is what happens;

In the old days when cops were cops,

PIG stood for Patience, Integrity, Guts.

PIG present day can now mean Pathetic, Indifferent, Gutless

This is what happens when you fail to train and educate the police, and instead militarize civilian encounters.

The video does not show an aggressive dog, and it further appears the dog was walking away from the police when it was shot. Proper protocol would have been to bring in animal control. 

This incident was a pathetic police response to this situation.

The cop who shot the dog should be terminated, as well as his supervisor. Sorry Arty, maybe you need to go also if you cannot properly train and control your troops.
