RCC says this is not suppose to be a Captains call.
But when you have an absentee Sheriff, this is what the public gets.
Who failed to perform due diligence ?
Who failed to monitor the system ?
Are all flock images subject to open records request ?
Are we to expect more government surveillance with another system ?
Racine County doesn't like to respond to Open Records Request.
Patricia Hanson, Sheriff Schmaling, Michael Lanzdorf all are guilty of withholding records.
Racine Sheriff leadership is so convoluted that a deputy is now running for the Sheriff's office.
Sheriff Schmaling is not leading by example.
An absentee leader is not what Racine County needs or wants.
I wonder if Ralph Malicki signed up for County Executive knowing the elected Sheriff was part time ?
What did Vos promise Ralph ?
