The schedule shows an approved 08:00-16:00,  8  hour shift starting at 8 am and ending at 4 pm

This snapshot was sent to me at 12:57 pm on 6-3-2026 which clearly indicates Captain Cary Madrigal was on duty when she sent out the text

Below is the message that Captain Cary sent out while "punched in" at 10:57 am. on 6-3-2026 

Is this phone # a Racine County Sheriff issued phone?

Is Captain Cary also using Racine County equipment for campaigning?

Notice that the text message includes RCS on the top.

Does that mean Racine County Sheriff?

 Then look at the text,  Captain Cary invites 18 employees to attend an event.

Did Captain Cary also violate Wisconsin statute 11.1207 ?
