IMHO, Racine County is the hub of Wisconsin corruption !
Today RCC again focuses on the acts or lack of the acts of Sheriff candidate Captain Cary Madrigal.

There appears to be so much wrong with this candidate to be Sheriff of Racine County.
First RCC wishes to point out Cary is the chosen one by Robin Vos.
HUGE RED FLAG.
RCC is no fan of the Rodent, he came in as a guest speaker on 8-25-2021 and left as a stinking three day old dead fish.
Captain Cary also made the mistake of not being honest with me.

Sad to say I actually voted for the Rodent until the elections of 2022.
Back to the narrative.
The Rodent doesn't wish to lose control of the Racine County Sheriff Office.
The Rodent went as far to name & award Captain Cary Madrigal First Responder of the year in his district in 2025 setting up the narrative illusion. (33rd. district)

The specifics of her award are vague, so an open records request was summitted to assemblyman Robin Vos that went unanswered, not unusual for the Rodent.
So RCC asks what did Captain Cary Madrigal do to earn such a prestigious award from the Speaker of the House?
Make sure you read that article, there were 89 First Responders & 3 K9 officers that were recognized by the assembly. Again, what did Captain Cary Madrigal do to deserve such an award. As far as RCC can determine Captain Cary is a DEI subject & didn't sacrifice a damn thing to get such an award. I believe it is an insult to all first responders who daily put their life in danger at every call.
Did Captain Cary Madrigal commit campaign violations ?
Again it appears so.
The most on point statute is §§ 11.1207 , Titled:
Political solicitation involving public officials and employees restricted.
Can't campaign while on duty.

Racine County is fortunate to have two candidates for Sheriff that have a moral compass.
