The key word is EARN.

In Cary Madrigal's court case to withhold records from the public, she used an attorney named Todd Terry who changed court venues from Judge David Paulson to the "go to judge" Gasiorkiewicz.

Judge Gasiorkiewicz allowed "Subject of Records Request" as petitioner to be used in court filings instead of petitioner Cary Madrigal, effectively concealing Cary's name the from the public.

Eugene Gasiorkiewicz - aka "Gagthebitch"

This isn't Judge Gasiorkiewicz first rodeo being caught holding a form of secret court.

In 2018, Judge "Gagthebitch" was caught red handed conducting illegal secret court in the case of Sandy Weidner vs. City of Racine. You may read more about the corrupt court case in previous blogs.

A Motion to Intervene was filed to open the illegal secret court to public scrutiny.

Sandy Weidner & I sat up front in Judge Gasiorkiewicz "secret" court exercising our right to court scrutiny on 5-14-2026 when he correctly ruled in favor of public disclosure.

"Conceal Cary" was again busted and exposed.

The case was then properly identified & named.

Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz allowed the following court documents as petitioner to be filed into his courtroom until the end of the case effectively conducting secret court.
