The 1st. Amendment of the U.S. Constitution
The 1st. amendment to our U.S. Constitution amongst many things gives us the right to petition our government.
The redress of grievances is a fundamental right.
It allows citizens to express concerns and seek remedies.
Smurfing is a criminal enterprise.
We have criminals in our Government that need to be remove and placed in prison
Over 50 verified complaints were filed into the Wisconsin Ethics Commission, all were denied without legal explanation.

This is a criminal complaint against Janet Protasiewicz, Susan Crawford and Josh Kaul
In 2011, the David Prosser vs. Ann Walsh Bradley became headlines & the alleged choking incident became a Supreme Court scandal.The Supreme Court became the center of jokes and the court had a duty to investigate. The court effectively whitewashed the incident.
Today, we have a much more serious problem of criminal smurfing within our state which includes two current Supreme Court justices, the Attorney General Josh Kaul & numerous state officials. It is imperative that this court conduct an investigation & hold these criminals accountable.
