 JUDGE STANDS ON COURT BENCH, PULLS PANTS DOWN AND MOONS LITIGANT

“MOTION DENIED”

Judge Cafferty had just acted biasly & prejudicially against a Pro Se litigant, ruling to deny the motion to calendar a MOTION FOR SANCTIONS against the Kenosha law firm of GODIN, GERAGHTY, PUNTILLO, CAMILLI.

In the litigant’s MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION, litigant pointed out judge Cafferty had shot from the hip, ruled with prejudice and bias against the Pro Se litigant, violating several statutes and local court  rules

Judge Cafferty realized her pants was still pulled down while standing on the court bench, mooning the litigant when the MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION was filed into the court record, fully knowing one could ride her from behind, pull her hair and put her away wet.

Truth be known, I wouldn’t boink her with Eugene’s junk.

She allowed the motion to proceed.
