RACIST AND THREATENING COMMENTS ARE ALLOWED TO APPEAR IN THE 

RACINE JOURNAL TIMES

The Racine Journal Times has reached another new low by allowing racist and threatening comments 

to remain on their website. 

Recent post by "rebellious" had violated their commenting 

policies, yet the paper choose to allow the vile and despicable post to remain online encouraging hookups of violence.
