Cary Madrigal was awarded District 33 First Responder of the year by Rodent Vos, when questioned about the award, no specific incident was mentioned.
First responder of the year without an incident mentioned ?
Did the Rodent give an award without merit ?
Appears so.
Sounds fishy to me.
It further appears Cary is part of the good ole boys club.
